Intimate and delicious sushi making class.

Our flight was delayed into Narita and we were late for the class. These gentleman were kind, accommodating, and gracious, allowing us to arrive an hour late. The sushi grade was excellent, the discussion interesting and it was awesome to learn more about their experiences and the history of sushi in Japan. Tomo even gave us some pizza (yes, pizza) and bar recommendations. Excellent experience for 2 or 12 people. Intimate, chill, and delicious.

The sushi making experience was really awesome. The whole team was nice and made the experience fun. We laughed and really enjoyed ourselves. The ingredients were of excellent quality so the food tasted great including the soup and green tea. I am happy we chose this one as it was many options. They did a little quiz and history behind sushi also.
