Hi, I didn't get a chance to drive the Go Kart because the company wanted a physical copy of the IDP document. I have a proof digital from my email. The company did not want proof of the digital payment that I made. I asked to request a refund. Thank you

Unfortunately, digital copies or email confirmations are not legally accepted by Japanese authorities. As a licensed and insured operator, we are legally obligated to comply with these requirements to ensure guest safety and regulatory compliance. We understand this situation can be disappointing.
