Amazing views of Tokyo. The whole experience was very well done and the views were unmatched. We went at sunset and saw it transform to night, highly recommend.

Expect extremely long wait times for both entry and exit, especially when lifts are out of operation. (I.e. 2 out of 4 lifts not operating results in 40 minute waits when assessing and even longer when descending from the upper levels.) Really spoils the whole experience when you spend more time queuing than viewing.

I really enjoyed the Tokyo Sky Tree. Not only do you get a fantastic view at the top but they have a lot of cool food, clothing, and souvenir shops on the first few floors. For the extra few dollars I do recommend going up to the upper viewing platform as well.

The view is breath taking. I suggest to purchase the combo ticket and try the glass floor. If you purchase a drink at skycafe, they will give you a 5% off coupon for skytree store purchase at 5F.

Recommend doing at night, awesome views of the city, river and surrounds, very friendly and helpful staff.
Note, takes about 30min to get up, and 30 min to get down as a minimum owing to crowds.

Riding the lightning-fast elevator up Tokyo Skytree was an experience in itself — soaring 350 meters in just 55 seconds! The views from the top were absolutely breathtaking, and we were lucky enough to catch a misty glimpse of Mount Fuji, which made the moment even more special.
An iconic Tokyo experience and well worth the visit!

This activity was definitely overrated. It was nice but the lines were way too long to get on the elevator. It was very crowded but it was something I will never do again. I really enjoyed walking around the mall and eating the food. My kids were looking forward to ice skating but we were tied it wouldn't be available until December. They were bummed. If this activity is on your bucket list, I would go to juat cross it off as went. The tickets were reasonably priced.

A little bit crazy busy but to be honest we were up and down within 1 hour.
The surrounding shops and restaurants are impressive. On a whole, enjoyed it and glad we included it in our itinerary

It was alot of people but the tower was nice. I like how you can see the whole city of tokyo. I would recommend this tour if you are visiting tokyo.

Definitely a great activity to participate in and reasonably priced. Lots of options on souvenirs and a great experience you won’t forget. Very clean, beautiful and well organized. Even a Mom and baby bathroom. It was definitely a WOW factor!!!

Interesting visit but I emailed Viator to ask if I could delay a bit ( my wife felt unwell and needed to defer ) but I didn’t hear back so went on alone, payment forfeited I assume!
A bit disappointing as on the Viator booking site there is a contact us button.

Wonderful experience, the Skytree is huge, and you feel so secure. I say this as having travelled up to the top of the Eiffel Tower, you feel the rise in floors, and it can be daunting for those not comfortable with heights. This is not that. This is high and safe, and you feel it. Views are spectacular and watching the sun set was an added benefit. We saw My Fuji in the distance and it was magic.

There is no QR Code in the order as well as in the ticketdetails, i.e. the only way to verify that I can access skytree.I'm not sure why you would not be aware of the official requirements for underwriting tickets, since your markup is more expensive than other platforms, you should have a better service.And I even didn't enter my password when I placed my order, I was charged without confirming my order, and I was not supported to get a refund when I found out that the tickets were unavailable!You guys are really a disgrace to the French, making such a crappy system and building such a crappy platform!If you don't contact me and give me a refund, I will expose you all over the net!

The view was amazing! I just wish that since the tickets were timed out that less people would be up there with us. The exit was the worst with being stuffed like sardines for about 20 minutes to wait for the elevator.

The provider doesn’t issue the normal Viator ticket ( which you can add to your Apple wallet ) instead they request you print it out. The PDF I had on my phone wasn’t accepted, initially but the staff there but they were understanding and helpful and allowed me entry. I just feel the ticket issue process could have been better, from the provider. As all my previous Viator tours have been. That having been said, the experience of my visit to the Tokyo Sky Tower was very enjoyable and well worth a visit.
