El guia abandono la visita por exigirsele que explicara que es su trabajo y sin importar el turista lo dejo sin proporcionar el servicio pagado se solicita reembolso total ya que el mismo llamo a su oficina indicando que no seguiria con el servicio muy mala experiencia no lo recomiendo ni al guia ni a esta empresa

We take very seriously all the comments we receive from our clients, as we believe your feedback is extremely valuable in helping us improve our tours and services. However, in this case, we believe this poor review doesn't reflect the reality of what happened during the tour. We would like to clarify that the tour was conducted in Spanish by an experienced guide who has successfully led tours in Spanish for many years. We have always received positive feedback from our guests about this guide’s professionalism and knowledge. Unfortunately, in this case, the guest displayed rudeness towards the guide from the beginning and did not seem interested in the sightseeing aspect of the tour. The guest then asked to be brought back to her hotel and to end the tour. The guide did not leave the guest unattended but courteously escorted her back to her hotel, ensuring her safety and comfort.
