My partner and I had an amazing time at this ramen and dumpling making class. The instructors were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process very beginner-friendly. We loved making everything from scratch. It was so satisfying to see everything come together, and even better to sit down and enjoy the meal afterward. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious—honestly some of the best ramen we’ve ever had. Highly recommend this experience!

Absolutely an amazing experience. The host are wonderful inviting groups into their home to make ramen and dumplings. Just a fun cooking event with the end you enjoy the fruits of your labor. Food was delicious.

Yoshi and Amo were seriously the best! They’re so warm and immediately welcoming and with two other travelers we had a small group of four, which was honestly perfect. They walked us step by step through both the dumpling and ramen parts, all the while giving us some great insight into how they came to offer these classes, and made it so easy for future remakes of these in our own homes in the future! HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking to try something a little different with a really cool and wonderful couple :)

Amazing experience! We’ve done a few cooking classes over the years but this is hands down the best! Highly recommend for delicious food (best broth we’ve had in Japan) and lots of learning and hands on experience.

Such a wonderful experience. Went with our 12 and 13 yr old an we learned how to make the best ramen and dumplings. It was the best ramen we’ve had in Tokyo! Yoshi and Amo were incredibly kind and made us feel at home. I highly suggest having this experience :)

What a great way to experience authentic Japan with an excellent cooking class. Yoshi and Amo are super easy to learn from and so much fun. Their energy was contagious. Our entire family with 3 adults and 2 kids truly had a memorable time.. Happy People, Happy Tummies Overall amazing!!

We made dumplings and ramen. We made fresh noodles and learned about the broth process. Make sure you come to the class hungry as there is a lot of food!

This couple was tremendous in working with us to make the most delicious Ramen and Goyza ever. The one thing I’m disappointed about is they said they were gonna send us the recipes for what we made and we have still not received them. If anyone knows how to get a hold of this couple, I would appreciate knowing so that I can send him an email.

We were fortunate enough to spend a rainy afternoon with Ano and Yoshi learning about ramen, dumplings and Japanese culture. Their apartment was spotlessly clean and set up perfectly for a cooking class. They couldn’t have been more welcoming. The food was delicious and we can’t wait to make ramen and dumplings when we get home!

Awesome!!! Yoshi and Amo were wonderful hosts! My 12 year old daughter loved it too. Great to only have small group (3 of us, plus another group of 3). Nice and social. Plenty of chance to chat. Yoshi has designed some seriously cool ramen inspired t-shirts too!

I went here with my family 3 adults and 2 kids. This was such a great experience in all levels. 1st of all we were received at the train station by Oma and if it wasn't for the fact that we looked like tourists we would have missed each other but, Oma spotted me right away. Secondly, the information that Yoshi has on cooking ramen and cooking in general is awesome. We had such a great time here and would highly recommend the duo of Oma and Yoshi. Good time and food is right on !!

We loved traveling to this residential area! Navigating the trains was easy. First, Amo met us at the train station & then walked us to their home for the class. It was so clean & being there just felt comfortable. Yoshi had prepared the broth and meat in advance, which we learned was extremely time consuming. The cooking experience, the deliciousness of the food, and the friendly environment made it the hi light of our day. Even my picky eater teenage son loved it, he was able to customize his bowl. My personal favorite part was making the noodles. My family of 4 just loved it. I absolutely recommend you book this class!
