It is a non guided tour. When you arrive at the meeting point, our coordinator will give brief explanation and give tickets and map. Please ensure that you arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the time indicated on your voucher. Failure to arrive on time or attempting to go directly to the entrance will result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund. All visitor must pass through security which will have a waiting time of 10 - 15min. Please be informed that starting from October 1st, Quinta da Regaleira will close at 6:30 PM. As a result, clients booking the last time slot may have reduced time to fully enjoy their visit. We kindly recommend planning accordingly to make the most of your experience. All the guests are obliged to stay in a line for security check. This is mandatory for everyone even if you have tickets.

Horrible experience. The instruction provided did not specify a meeting location. I messaged activity provider via Viator which is where I booked the activity and received no response. Instead, the host called me on my Google voice number 6 times without leaving a message. So we had to go the entrance thinking maybe tickets are exchanged at the office, only to find out we did have to meet somewhere else. When we finally found the host, he was yelling at me and cutting me off when I tried to explain I did try to reach out via my booking app. The rudest guide you can ever imagine. He then only scanned the tickets for us and send me 10 audio guide without numbers and left. If scanning tickets is all he does I don’t understand why it can’t be just sent to me via message or email. Oh btw he also told me waiting for me for 30 minutes was a waste of his time and ruined his entire morning. Viola, if you want to pay to get yelled at, this would be the place to go

guide provided, no audioguide included. Find either guided tour or tour with an audioguide included. We bought this tour for 4:30 pm, paid over 50 euros. For two people We got only a voucher, that was supposed to be exchanged for the tickets upon meeting a host at the location, different than the entrance. We decided to walk and got absolutely lost. The only good thing about this tour was that the host contacted us via whatsup and offered the tickets earlier. After all we never saw the host, never found a meeting place, but walked to the gate, bought an audioguide for 5 euros and entered. The line to buy tickets at 4:30 pm was small. The tickets at the gate cost 30 euros for 2.
