Rubbish and non-cooperative this provider. There was no clear communication when we bought the tickets to visit Regaleria. We were told that the time slot only for half an hour to enter inside the place. I asked the provider via apps but there was no response. We should get money back.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Other than the initiation well there were other interesting buildings to see. In my opinion it is better than pena palace.

Scam, do not use

This is a scam. Do not book, you will be told your tickets will be sent by whattsapp or Viator messenger, but they do not arrive. I tried to contact Tourr.com by Viator app and they did not reply. They send a receipt telling you they will send the tickets 24 hours before, but they do not. You only find out after you have booked. Absolute scam.

Vouchers dont work

The vouchers we purchased through Viator were not honored and we had to buy tickets on-site. We basically paid twice. Viator has not refunded us.

As mentioned in our earlier message, the Viator voucher itself is not valid for entry. The correct tickets were shared with you as a separate PDF, which needed to be opened and shown at the venue. For Future Travelers, Please note that the Viator voucher is not your entry ticket. After booking, you will receive a separate PDF ticket via email. This is the only valid document for entry and must be opened and shown at the venue. The purchased tickets were valid for only 1 hour. With the crowds, the traffic, and the last stretch of road under construction that required us to walk the final part, we arrived 15 minutes after the deadline and could not participate in the activity. We do not want to be charged for that.
