I need to speak to a manager. Not just someone who is chatting with me from overseas. I got a confirmation and it was changed after an hour. I got to the gate and found out thatu reservation was changed. I overseas and not have internet constantly. My family and I missed the entire excision plus we spend hundreds of dollars to get from Lagos to Sintra on time. Very disappointing. When I asked for details. It was completely MIA response. .
Eearly 20th-century estate located in the historic center of Sintra. The Initiation Well which is a 27-meter spiral staircase leading down to a labyrinth of underground tunnels that connect to various parts of the gardens and waterfall, is a must see. There is an extensive garden which contains hidden grottoes, secret doorways, fountain lakes, towers, and a private chapel.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Other than the initiation well there were other interesting buildings to see. In my opinion it is better than pena palace.

This is a scam. Do not book, you will be told your tickets will be sent by whattsapp or Viator messenger, but they do not arrive. I tried to contact Tourr.com by Viator app and they did not reply. They send a receipt telling you they will send the tickets 24 hours before, but they do not. You only find out after you have booked. Absolute scam.

The vouchers we purchased through Viator were not honored and we had to buy tickets on-site. We basically paid twice. Viator has not refunded us.
