Love in Portugal

Alberto was very attentive and shared with us the history and the culture of Portugal. He really took excellent care of us. If we travel back to Portugal. We will definitely ask for him.

Vouchers dont work

The vouchers we purchased through Viator were not honored and we had to buy tickets on-site. We basically paid twice. Viator has not refunded us.

As mentioned in our earlier message, the Viator voucher itself is not valid for entry. The correct tickets were shared with you as a separate PDF, which needed to be opened and shown at the venue. For Future Travelers, Please note that the Viator voucher is not your entry ticket. After booking, you will receive a separate PDF ticket via email. This is the only valid document for entry and must be opened and shown at the venue. Kindly make sure to download or keep the PDF ticket ready before your visit to avoid any inconvenience or the need to purchase tickets again on site. Regards, Natalia
