We arrived and the restaurant did not know what we were talking about. There was no host and they have yet to refund us what we paid. We chatted with a Viator rep and they kept insisting someone was there. They sent us a pin which verified we were at the correct location. But continued to argue that someone should be there. No one ever showed and we did not get to experience the event,
