The photo accompanying this tour, showing an expanse of green grape vines, is very misleading. The tour is not in the charming and picturesque setting shown. It is in a winery in a dusty and rundown industrial area of Marsala.

Although the experience was enjoyable and the guide friendly and knowledgeable it was not what we were expecting. The picture portrays a beautiful vineyard and the expectation was that the experience would be in the pictured vineyard. This was not the case it was on the outskirts of the city in the distillery.

Although the website let us make a reservation on a national holiday when the winery was not offering tours, Antonio was able to accommodate us and gave us a tour of the facility. Very informative, delicious wines and Marsala to taste, great food to pair the wine with. Antonio was a great host and we can’t recommend this winery enough.
