      Interesting and tasty cooking experience in a spectacular Palermo home

      This was a fantastic day. Francesco and Roberta hold this "class" in Roberta's family apartment. It is spectacular and the kitchen is perfect for both observing and participating. Francesco is clearly an accomplished, experienced chef with high end restaurant experience who is eager to share the cooking style and recipes of his nonna. Everything about the day was wonderful, and it was lovely being invited into a home setting. I'm an accomplished home cook and I learned something!
