Our reservation was for the 7pm 6-line Zip at Night Tour. We arrived 5 minutes late due to traffic and were turned away and told that we were supposed to arrive at 6:30 to sign paperwork and to learn safety. I have gone back and looked over everything on the Viator posting and have seen nothing about arriving 30 minutes early for the 7pm booking. We’ve reached out for our refund and hoping we can at least get our $140 back. If you’re thinking about going, make sure you show up at 6:30 even though the listing is for 7!

Our tour guys were very friendly and informative. Seamless experience. I especially enjoyed the longer zip lines and the view.
We’re only in town for a few days but our next time, we will use the same service.

Absolutely terrible. We were late by 4 minutes. The lot was locked & empty. No one answered our calls or email either.

We booked for 7pm. Wanted to get a sunset view or something of the like in. Got a text 2 days before saying they needed to move it to 5. We couldn’t do 5 because of previous engagement so they moved it to 6. But again it wasn’t what we booked and didn’t get what we were hoping for.
The experience itself was awesome. Guides were great. Believe it was Chris and Nick.
