This bike riding adventure was so disappointing!!! From the moment we walked into your shop on 5th St in Santa Rosa, we knew we were in big trouble. After receiving numerous emails and texts about this fantastic bike ride, and after paying $280 for two people, the guy in the bike shop could not find our reservation.....at all! He ended up just telling us to select any two bikes, handed us two helmets and said to come back before 4:00 p.m. What? Is that a professional thing to do? We didn't sign a waiver, or anything. (In fact, we could have rode off with two electric bikes and no one would have been able to find us or even find out) We were lead to believe that even though this was a self-guided tour, we'd be given maps of beautiful places to ride or places to see. He just said, go here, go there. It was horrible. So disappointing. I mean, to "rent" bikes for $280 was outlandish with no maps or plan. We've rented bikes all over the world, and this was the most unorganized, horrible experience ever. Again, We were so disappointed, especially when we did find a biking trail that was suggested but so-not-pretty and filled with homeless people. We definitely will not ever recommend this ride. FYI: Date of Ride: Thursday, August 1, 11:00 a.m. – Viator “Best E-Bike Rental” Self-Guided 3-hour tour.

Thank you for addressing your concern. it sounds like we missed the mark on this customer experience. the price you mentioned doesn't reflect our pricing of $105/person. issues on the trail have been on/off again for years and a real struggle. sorry for your experience. if you decide to return, I will offer 2/1 and make sure you have a much better time on our trails. We enjoyed cycling through the beautiful trail along the creek and seeing the vineyards up close! A perfect experience! Excited to do it again with more friends!

Wonderful experience. Staff was very kind and helpful! We booked for the tour but now are seriously considering buying an electric bike! They were so fun and easy to ride! And Colin explained all components of the manufacturing so well to us. All very high quality! We will be back!
