- Tour Operator´s staff will do their best to track flights Arrivals for all Private Services. However, it's the Traveler responsibility to contact us and inform us of any delays, cancellations or flight changes. In addition, is the Traveler responsibility to let the Tour Operato's agents know if they are running late due, but not limited to Luggage, Costumes, and or Emigration Issues.´s
- Tour Operator is not responsible for any items left in the vehicles; please ensure you have all your belongs upon exiting the vehicles. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the Tour Operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
- Drivers are not allowed to collect payments onboard for the exception of tips. Any cash, or any other form payment made directly with the driver it will be considered tip/gratuities.
- Collapsible wheelchairs/Scooter with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the Guest(s) is/are accompanied by someone who can assist them, board, disembark and disassemble/assemble the wheelchair/scooter. Please keep in mind that Wheelchairs/Scooters may not fit in a vehicle luggage compartment designated for 1-2 Passengers (Sedan), or 3-4 Passengers (Minivan). Due to the fact that Wheelchairs and or Scoters vary in Size, Shape, and Form. It is the Guest(s) responsibility to ensure that such items can fit on the selected vehicle and or passenger group. Due to liabilities, the driver is not allowed to assist in the disassembly/assembly of the wheelchair/scooter, nor assist the Guest(s) board or off-board the vehicle. Tour Operator´s vehicles are Not equipped to provide Access/ADA services. In the event, that the wheelchair/scooter cannot fit in the baggage compartment, nor the Guest(s) have the ability to board the selected vehicle/service; Tour Operator it will do their best to find an alternative service for the Guest(s) at their own costs. The Guest(s) understands that these costs will be in addition to their initial cost for the reservation. The Guest(s) as well understand that in the event that Tour Operator's driver cannot accommodate the Guest(s) due to their own ability to board, and/or off-board the vehicle, and or the scooter or wheelchair cannot fit in the baggage compartment, the Tour Operator reserves the right not to issue a refund for the services.
- Due to unforeseen events such but not limited to Road Conditions, Mechanical Failures, Over Bookings, Tour Operator reserves the right to hire a Tour Operator´s Affiliate and or Partner to provide transportation for a scheduled pickup. The service type and cost will be equal or greater from what the Client has paid. In such cases, the information provided to The Affiliate and or Partner it will be limited to the Client's name and contact phone number, arrival/departure flight information, and pickup/drop off information. In the event the Tour Operator sees the needs to use one of our Affiliate's and or Partners to provide a scheduled pick-up, The Tour Operator it will Not Charge the client any extra fees. These measures have to be in place to ensure that our clients do not get services interruptions or to avoid any unnecessary delays.
- Guests are responsible to ensure they have the proper safety gear when traveling with children. However, Tour Operator, upon request will provide child seats for an additional fee.
- Luggage allowance, Extra/Oversize luggage or items: Your service includes only one (1) checked bag up to 50 lbs. and one (1) carry-on up to 20 lbs. Its the customer's responsibility to (1) ensure the vehicle they have selected can accommodate their luggage plus the number of passengers, and (2) to inform us if they have additional luggage, extra large/oversize luggage or items. If the customer fails to notify the tour/service operator in regards these items; at the tour/service operator discretion, they can either request for a large or an additional vehicle to accommodate the items listed outside the allowance given, and or charge an additional fee per the additional and or extra large/oversize luggage or items. Such fee should not be less than $15.00 per item nor over $25.00 per item.
- Child seats: Upon request, the tour/service operator will provide a child and or a booster seat. Additional fees may apply.

Our driver was great. Our driver’s vehicle was great. However, he spoke limited and broken English and was by no means a “tour” guide as the reviews would have you believe.. So it was really a $100 an hour Uber ride devoid of explanations of what we were seeing and visiting. Despite this, we enjoyed ourselves.

Our Private Day Trips are designed for our guests to customize as they please; our drivers are at their command throughout the trip. You can direct the driver to go anywhere you would like to go, such as but not limited to Santa Monica, Hollywood, Venice Beach, Los Angeles, and many other places and landmarks in the Los Angeles/Hollywood area. You can stop for snapshots, grab a bite to eat, shopping, and more. Of course, admissions to events and or certain landmarks are not included.
In addition, our drivers are very knowledgeable of the area; most of them either born locally or been living locally for over 20 years.
In regards to the broken English; please understand, that Southern California is known for its diversity; thus the reason we have the most diverse food, and culture. And this is one of the most important things that make Southern California such a special place.
Nevertheless, I understand the importance to have a driver that has good communication skills; both for safety and enjoyment. Because of this (mostly safety), all of our drivers need to be fluent in English; they need to pass an in-house English test by 80% or more.
