Airport pickup: We will wait at the airport in the arrivals hall with a sign with the name that is stated in your booking If you do not arrive 75 minutes past the confirmed landing time off your plane. You have lost the pick-up and are marked as “no show”. No refund is available. Taking into affect that the flight is not delayed. We will monitor your arrival flight number. Hotel pickup: We will come into the reception if it is possible with a sign with the name that is stated in your booking If you have not arrived 15 minutes past pick-up time. Very friendly driver and ready to highlight/explain any observations we had. We sent our flight info ahead of time and our flight came in 30 minutes early. The driver was not available when we came out of the airport baggage area and showed up 30 minutes later.

Excellent Experience! Highly recommend! Siggy and Helga provided EXCELLENT service and communication to our group. We were 6 travelers staying for 1 week in Reykjavik and we traveled with a wheelchair. Tripzig accommodated all of us and our luggage with ease and professionalism. The vehicle was clean, free of any odors and quite comfortable. The airport pickup and return from our downtown hotel was seamless, the drivers were courteous and professional and offered occasional knowledgeable tips about Iceland when prompted. I have saved this contact and will be using them again when we return to this amazing country!

I would recommend TripZig. They were quickly responded to all correspondence, monitored our arriving flights, met us at the airport without any hassle, and had a very nice passenger van transport our group of 6 to the city. Helga describes points of interest on the drive and answered our questions (including to teach us a few Icelandic words). Would definitely recommend.

TLDR (Too Long, Didn’t Read- Internet else for “Summary”): Plane arrived 30 mins late, had to be at FossHotel Baron for a tour, Ziggy made it happen)
Icelandair has a reputation for late arrivals,. That particular morning was n exception, as we touched down at Keflavik 30 minutes late. Our travel agent kept in contact with your company to ensure we arrived for the tour scheduled for us. Driver Ziggy was waiting when we arrived, an made sure we got to FossHotel Baron in time to go on the tour.
Ziggy is a rock star.
