Airport pickup: We will wait at the airport in the arrivals hall with a sign with the name that is stated in your booking If you do not arrive 75 minutes past the confirmed landing time off your plane. You have lost the pick-up and are marked as “no show”. No refund is available. Taking into affect that the flight is not delayed. We will monitor your arrival flight number. Hotel pickup: We will come into the reception if it is possible with a sign with the name that is stated in your booking If you have not arrived 15 minutes past pick-up time. You have lost the pickup and are marked as “no show”. No refund is available. Extra drop off costs 2.500 ISK

Quick, efficient and friendly service. Siggy (Ziggy) is a wonderful ambassador for Iceland. He and his wife run a great operation and made our transfer from airport to hotel effortless. Their vehicles are new and extremely well maintained. Highly recommended.

We booked round trip transportation to and from the KEF airport to our hotel in Reykjavik through Viator. Upon arrival, there was a significant delay in passport control, and we weren't able to get to the arrival hall to meet our driver for an hour and a half. Despite being in contact with our driver to let him know our situation, he left without notifying us and we had to scramble to make other arrangements. Viator customer service was helpful in guiding us through the process of requesting a refund for that portion of our reservation, but were not helpful when we were having to deal with the issue. That was unfortunate and very inconvenient. Viator did confirm for us that the second part of our reservation was still active. To their credit the local provider reissued the refund promptly after my submitting the request. And the return transportation was pleasant and smooth. Despite the issue we experienced, I would recommend this service to others arriving in Iceland in the early morning hours. It was actually more cost effective than the Flybus shuttle service, and certainly more convenient for the airport return.

Waiting for as as we entered arrivals lounge. They had a choice of child seats for us to use as we were travelling with two very younge children and a six yr old.
We were a party of 9 so they bought two transporters to save the crush in one.
Very helpful in helping us to find a luggage store to use until our accommodation was ready.

The driver was outstanding. Our pick-up was for 12:30AM and our plane was an hour late. Then our luggage was lost and 45 minutes later found.. So our driver had to wait until 2:15AM for us to get out of customs. He was there waiting with our name placard as if we were on time. Fantastic!

We were staying in Iceland for a few weeks and had 4 bags. After a long flight, we didn't want to have to hassle of figuring out the bus or a shared ride, not knowing exactly what their bag policies were.
Our driver met us upon arrival, took care of our bags, and gave us some history and recommendations as we drove to our hotel.
Our return drive was equally pleasant. Our driver was on-time and really friendly. She made our trip to the airport easy, dropping us off at the check-in door.
This is definitely the way to go!

This transfer was so convenient when flying into Keflavik airport and reasonably priced. Our driver Helka was waiting for us upon arrival at the airport. We had a very pleasant ride into Reykjavik with her. Upon return to the airport her husband Siggi picked us up at our designated time. Would highly recommend using this company for stress free travel into Iceland. We will absolutely use this service again!

This Keflavik airport transfer service was ideal for us - an older couple, unfamiliar with the area and with a 45 minute drive from the airport to the downtown area. The drivers were both punctual, friendly and helpful. It really couldn’t have been any better

Just as the airport transfer service provider had indicated, their representative met us at the baggage claim exit holding a sign with our names. The driver helped us load our Luggage onto their vehicle. Overall, the service was friendly, efficient and convenient.
