The food and staff were wonderful! Amelia and Wilson were so friendly and hospitable. Chef Wilson is excellent at his craft, the food was amazing! Amelia was very diligent in her service and shared a wonderful conversation with us after our meal. The decor was very beautiful and the experience was well worth it. Will definitely recommend to our friends!

We tried rescheduling because of a snow storm here. The man who answered said since not 24 hour notice charged anyway. Then we got a call at time of our reservation and the lady was going to try and reschedule and call back. Never received the call. Won’t rebook food again. No concern for us over weather just want our money. We were really looking forward to this.

Dinner at Flame was pleasant, Chef Wilson was charming . He prepared a Hibachi dinner that was delicious and quite filling. The hostesses were friendly and very accommodating . I can not say I love every dish but overall I enjoyed my dinner.

This is not a fire show! It’s barely a hibachi and I can’t believe I paid 110!l for it. That staff were super kind and friendly but I can’t justify the price at all.

Thanks for your comments. Iceland is one of the most expensive countries in the world. 110 euro for 7 course is very common price. Flame team still wish you have a nice trip in Iceland :)

What a way to spend an evening! The chef was fantastic. Good knife skills. The food was out of this world. The menu was something I wouldn’t have chosen and I enjoyed every minute of it. The flame show was spectacular and, as sat quite close, very warm 😂

If you have experienced Hibachi before - this was no different. It wasn't anything special and the food was not great. I am not sure what the fire show was supposed to be but lighting sake in an onion is not what I think of as a show.

The courses were very good, however, there were only 4 courses and an alcoholic beverage (I chose passion fruit sake).
1. Carpaccio
2. Langostino shrimp with shrimp eggs (something like caviar)
3. Teppanyaki meal (salmon, lamb, veggies and rice)
4. Blueberry parfait
This experience, though everything was delicious, shouldn't be titled as a 7 course meal with fire show. I thought the fire show was going to be something specific to Iceland.
However, it was the typical fire play that the cook gives at a Japanese Steakhouse or any Teppanyaki experience.

We had the place to ourselves on a holiday weekend (Sunday night). Starter was lobster, with salmon, steak, veggies, fried rice, dessert and a tasty cocktail. Our chef's skills were stellar and it was truly a show watching him cook the dinner.

Amazing experience, it was our first time and the chef was fantastic and the food was lovely.
They were short staffed so service was a little slow but it gave us time to enjoy the evening and we got an extra drink.

Cadre sobre, accueil chaleureux,menu simple par rapport à d’autres Teppanyaki, nourriture de qualité . Malheureusement, j’étais seul dans le restaurant et après le second plat , tout m’a été servi en une seule fois !!! Trop rapide pour ce genre d’expérience et le « spectacle » n’était pas au rendez-vous. Dommage car malgré tout assez cher . En moins d’une heure j’avais tout terminé !!
