Andri was wonderful! Transformation isn’t easy, but the experience was comfortable and exhilarating. We got there early and Andri let us watch an amazing class he offers. Look out for more from Andri if this is on your search list! He is kind and wonderful.

The Perfect Reset

Andri taught the class in Icelandic and English- so keeping up was no issue. It’s so immersive- the cozy blankets, the eye mask, and the headphones make you feel yourself with Andri guiding you the whole time, but allowing you to breathe at your own pace. It was so freeing to let out those necessary sighs! If you deal with any form of stress, this is the perfect reset for your nervous system!

It was possibly the one of the best experiences I had in Iceland. I have practiced breathwork ad-lib but this has opened my mind to it being part of my daily/weekly routine. It was truly amazing and I would encourage anyone to do it.
