We got to see the national Forrest and Gaitlinburg. Very informative. Guide knew all about the area, the history, and Dolly Parton. It was a great way to spend the afternoon.

I thought it was pretty expensive for what it covered. The guide was very personable but we could have driven the motor trail on our own for free. I assumed we would be going to places off road.

A+ for the tour company and David, our guide! BUT confirm your reservation with them directly because Viator did not make the reservation. I showed my confirmation and they graciously honored it but they did not have our reservation.

The trip itself was awesome. Mark 2 was great, very educational, entertaining, and helpful! We een got to see bears! However, I won't go through a 3rd party vendor again. I was a solo traveler and had to buy 2 tickets. The operator told me I could get my money back for one ticket because there were enough people to make the tour. Because I didn't book directly with them, I guess I can't get my money back. I contacted Viator with no response yet.

The bears and waterfalls. Dave knew exactly where to go for both. We saw 5-6 bears. You should give the guide time to learn the history of the area. Otherwise, Dave was great!

Nice ride in the jeep, the guide provided interesting information about history of the city and park and animals living there. There were basically two stops, one at a cabin and river with a small fall and the other at an old mill with a shop, walking is basically to stretch your legs. Considering that it leaves from Pigeon Forge and it goes through Gatlinburg coming back, the ride in the park is less than 2 hours. We saw one bear (at least the head) as there was some people looking excited by the road and the guide stopped so we could take a look, from the jeep. I consider this experience average, for the price. I'd do it again as there are not many options in the area.

This tour takes you through Smoky Mountains National Park on the paved one way public road available through the park. There are a couple stops to see log cabin homestead, picturesque landscape/water falls, and a nice shop. The roads are curvy and made me a little car sick towards the end. There was some dialogue, but hard to hear when traveling fast. Some tours see black bears we were told, but ours did not.

We had a great time on our Jeep tour with Mark K! He was very knowledgeable about the area and the wildlife. He answered any questions that we had and made the trip enjoyable. We all wanted to see a bear, and we saw 3! A mother and baby were playing by a tree by the road! It was amazing! I have done other Jeep tours, but this one was by far the best!

The weather was beautiful. We were able to see the town of Gatlinburg and just awesome views of the mountains. We stopped and were able to take pics. We were able to see a wedding. The tour guide was professional and knowledgeable. We had an awesome time.
