Look for the large sign that says "Gon Ridin Off Road" as the entrance. Please arrive at least 20 mins before your tour time. if you are late and miss your tour there are no refunds. No passengers, no one under 16 years old.

This experience was AWESOME! Beautiful views and great customer service. The booking started in a very timely manner even with several large groups. Jay and Chance were very friendly, helpful, and energetic! They kept us engaged and looking forward to what’s next! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this experience! It was real ATV riding thru the mountains and at a pace that everyone could ride and keep up.

The experience was great the instructors was excellent. The trails was definitely bumpy but so fun..
It’s so much fun! I actually had goggles in my car but forgot to wear them. I was wearing my glasses, but my sweat was mixing with the dust. Anyone who loves 4wheelers, 3wheelers, motorcycles or off roading will love this guided tour! The guides were awesome- shout out to Billy and Jeff. The last guided 4wheeler tour I took was i. 2024 in the desert in Nevada. So taking a guided tour in the Smoky Mountains was a must do activity! Definitely worth every penny!
We had a great ride, our guides were Jay, and Billy. Billy was very patient and encouraging of my wife who was scared, but he put her at ease. Would definitely do this again the next time we come back to the area.
Definitely have to do it !! We loved it and we will be back to visit and I will bring the family and Lee and the instructor was great

It was good experience. There a few hills and a long drop. I couldn’t do it but my partner had fun. It was about a hour long.
We had a great morning with Billy and Marty on the ATVs. Both were friendly, entertaining and very professional. Would totally recommend if you’re a family with older teens +16, early twenties or a couple looking to do something different.
It was so much fun Lee and Jay was awesome when I come back to Tennessee I want them to be our instructor again it was so much fun if you’re in town hit them up
It is not for faint hearted… scary… rough… but thrilling would recommend it for someone wanting a true ATV experience in rugged rough country not someone wanting to just go fast over. Nice smooth roads.
Marty and Preston were so amazing and gave us a great ride thru the mountains they were patient and did a great job helping my friend who was afraid of riding, from the time we got there all the workers greeted us Lee and jay helped us get checked in Marty and Preston went over safety rules and we were off to the best views of our life
Everything went as planned and that's all due to Todd and Billy and their wonderful teamwork! They made sure everyone had a great time (and were safe at the same time).
It was an awesome experience. They are very polite. Me and my family had a time of our life. They do consider your safety first.
The tour guides are excellent. Some tough terrain to navigate through, nothing an ATV can’t handle! Lots of fun!

This ATV adventure was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Gatlinburg. The scenery was beautiful, and the scenic overlook was both impressive and unexpected. Our teenage son and his friend loved every minute of it, and honestly, so did we.
As another reviewer mentioned, if you’re only going to do one activity during your visit, make it this one—I completely agree. The guides were friendly, easy to talk to, and great about taking photos along the way. If you’re looking for a memorable experience, especially for those sometimes hard-to-please teenagers, you won’t regret booking this tour. It was the first adventure of our vacation and ended up being our favorite.
It was fun I ended up falling off 6 mins into my ride but my boy Justin came thru helped me up.then gave me the rest of the tour on his bike .My boy Justin is a goat 🐐
Lee and I think his name was Jordan I believe were absolutely amazing ! We road with them 6/12/26 and my mom was too scared to ride alone and Jordan Road with her and made sure she was comfortable the whole time. They were very patient and helpful with everyone! Energy top tier ! Lee even hopped in my picture ! lol great experience all around ! Everyone was friendly even the guys in the shop!
We were extremely lucky we got to ride. I was told when we got there that I had cancelled! When indeed I never cancelled! They said I called on 6-10 and cancelled and that is a lie. They said I was reimbursed 129 dollars which I was not! Luckily we had two great guys that worked with us and got us in at our scheduled time. I was VERY upset!!!
I’d like to see an email saying I cancelled because I was getting emails and text up to time of our ride saying the say was here and so on! Please explain!

You bought your tickets through a 3rd party, there seemed to be some type of error when it was sent as it does clearly show that you canceled it on June 10th.
When you got to the park of course their was some confusion as the computer, the system that the employees MUST use or they get fired, showed that you did not have a reservation.
He got a manager and even though the system showed then, as it shows now, that you canceled and we never got paid, we still let you ride.
So we went out of our way for you, never got a $$ from you or the 3rd party you booked with, you slam us with a 1 star review.
Yes you are right, what a horrible company we run. We are the worst! If you book with a 3rd party and that company messes up your reservation, we are at fault and deserve a 1 star review.

The ride was alittle intimidating due to steep hills and rocks, but that's what adventures are all about. Truly an amazing time with the family!
It was amazing. The ride was awesome. The staff was very friendly and explained everything in details. It was a experience of a lifetime. Highly recommended. Beautiful scenery on a great ride.
They make the ride enjoyable even for those with no experience. The entire staff is easy to talk with and wants to make sure you have a great time.
It truly is a ride up the mountain and back! Guides were great and very helpful for those with doubt! Definitely a must do!
in case of rain bring your own rain outfit full length shirts and good pair of jeans and sturdy shoes
Very cool experience. The path we traveled was fun. Wish the had 2 seaters ATV for couples. But the do a nice trial run to get people comfortable. So it all works out

Our guides were great, they made our experience so much fun! It is well worth it if you are ever in the area.
Very fun! Make sure you wear old clothes and some type of protective eyewear. And tip your guide well ;) It was well worth the money that we spent and the views were spectacular.
