Choose an entry time when booking; meet your host near the Eiffel Tower a half hour prior to your scheduled time.
With your group, stroll the short distance to one of the world's busiest monuments. Head straight for the elevators, enjoying direct access to the second floor. Step out with your host to take in some of the best panoramic views in Paris from the viewing platform, 375 feet (114 meters) above the ground. Get a basic orientation to the sights and landmarks visible from your vantage point from your host, then explore the area at your leisure. Snap photos of the Louvre, Les Invalides, Sacré Coeur, and the Champ de Mars, among other standout Parisian highlights.
After you've had your fill of the second level, if you've booked the summit access, you can proceed to the summit, where you can toast your trip with champagne from the bar (own expense) and view Gustave Eiffel's private apartments.

- Please note that a ticket is also required for children under 4 years old. Without a ticket, they will not be allowed to enter the Eiffel Tower. Please make sure to add it to your reservation when booking. Adult pricing apply to all travelers, and travelers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult
- Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes early, latecomers will not be reimbursed. Please do not go directly to the Eiffel Tower, and meet us as 38 avenue de la Bourdonnais 75007 Paris
- In case of bad weather, maintenance, or for safety reasons, the top level of the Eiffel Tower may be closed. During peak times, the access to the venue can take some time to get through the security checkpoint
- The summit is not accessible to wheelchairs.
- If summit option is selected, please be aware that access to the summit may be restricted for travelers who use a cane or require any form of walking assistance due to mobility limitations.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 20 travelers

ABI WAS OUTSTANDING! we traveled with adults and 12 & 16 year old sons and her history info was engaging and riveting! The boys were still talking about it at dinner. She has been the best tour Gide we’ve had in 5 countries. She was considerate, whitty, and helped us navigate the insanely busy lines at the Tower with ease. 100 out of 10 rating.

the logistics are a bit of a hassle..you go to one office and then wait at another and then proceed to go through all of the Eiffel Tower security...

If you want to avoid the long lines, this is the way to go. The guide gives a little information at the lower level/ground floor and then you are on your own to the top.

It’s worth the extra cost for the guides to move you forward ahead of the crowds plus you get some background info on the tower. The tower itself is of course iconic. Take the elevator ride to the top…the view is amazing!

Very annoyed!
Stood out in the heat for an hour waiting for the lift
(Paris was having it’s hottest days on record.)
A woman even collapsed.
We get in then go to the second floor where we have to wait again for another lift to take us to the summit (which we paid approx $AUD300) then after about 20 minutes (at 5:45pm) they tell us the summit is now closed because of the Paris Germany soccer game!! Not happy! It normally closes at 11pm

The visit to the top of the tower is excellent but just buy your own ticket from the official seller for 36 euros. The tour costs twice that and it isn’t worth it. Yes the tour guide was nice but the meeting point is out of the way and you only get some brief history at the bottom before they escort you up the tower, which you can just do by yourself very easily. Save your money for something else. We do like guided tours but this one is a waste of money.

The tower itself was awesome. Our guide practically ran to get in line. A bunch of us actually lost him and has to be redirected from one line to another. There are no microphones or hearing pieces so it was tough to get all the history. I’d pay for it again simply because you skip the much longer lines.

This company has no customer service. If you are a fraction of a second late they sell your tickets out from underneath you. Then they say that they will get you in later and you wait for hours and they say sorry we can’t help you. Do not use this place go somewhere else.

Issue was our tour guide. We walk from tour operator location to tower. At security gate 4 of us were forced down a different security line by the tower security people. For what ever reason our line was moving slow The rest of our group got thru before us. When we finally got thru our guide was gone. If he had taken a head count at the start he would have know he was missing 4 people. Only saving grace was we had our tickets so we ended up doing the tour without our guide. My issue was we paid for a guide to provide information and get us thru easier. That didn’t happen and I could have purchased the tickets on line thru the tower web site and paid significantly less. Viator did do an investigation, tour company denied everything and would not offer any refund. Viator gave us a 10% refund which was peanuts. If you do tour stay close to your guide.

It’s an easy way to get into the Eiffel Tower, but the girl at the front desk checking tickets on Sunday, May 10th was extremely rude. It was pouring rain, we arrived more than 15 mins early and she told us to leave and come back, I’m with a disgusted tone look on her face. Also, no public restrooms for paying customers. The tour guides were very nice and helpful. Just too bad she was the face of the company.
