Awesome experience to see the enginnering Marvel... Built in days when the knowledge was not to commonly available. He dared to build something like this and of course minted money for his expertise. The tour guide.... Named miss Sol was very good and explained allinute details with great enthusiasm. The tour really bacame lively due to her presentation skill.

Interesting facts about the Eiffel and definitely nice to have the lift. Too many stairs! Only complaint was the tour part was slightly long.
If you get Sal as a guide, you are lucky! He was great explaining the process, the history of the tower and some sightseeing tips!
The travel agency lady wasn’t very nice. A baby was crying continuously while waiting. The tourist guy didn’t go with us till upstairs.

Our guide was very informative and engaging! He gave us a lot of helpful tips about best views of the Tower and pointed out all the landmarks and gave us the history of the Tower keeping us all interested! It was very easy to check in with very clear instructions and directions helping us to get there on time. A very good way to make the most of our Eiffel Tower experience!
On May 3rd, I booked the "summit option" for a tour of the Eiffel Tower. The tour was canceled due to a terrible storm. After the cancellation, the guide assured us that the agency would immediately refund our ticket price. Today, as I write this review, is October 2nd and despite my urgent request through the helpdesk I have not yet received payment.

We enjoyed our time at the Eiffel Tower. We learned about how the tower is repainted and has been different colors in the past.
If I could give zero stars I would. 100 percent do not recommend. Not only is this tour non-refundable, but they will not work with you at all. Due to illness, I had to delay my flight to Paris by one day, and could not make it there in time for the tour. I reached out to both Viator and to the local tour guide to try to change either the day or the time, but no one would even try to help.

The guide was great but the wait to go up and back down was terrible. This tour I wouldn’t recommend
Guide was knowledgeable and loved the history she gave. It was great to see the Eiffel Tower up close
This was educational, interactive & efficient. We loved this tour & enjoyed our time at each level. Gorgeous views & plenty of time for independent exploration.
Catalina was an excellent hostess and provided us with very interesting information about the history of the Eiffel Tower.
Experience is sold as skip the line to summit. We were just left in the first floor, the line was impossible to get to the summit. We paid more than $100 per ticket and the tixket was really $36.

You have a reserved time ticket until the 2nd floor, where the guide leaves the group so you can enjoy on your own.

Easy access to the Eiffel Tower. Did not stand in the long line we saw going in. When on vacation that means not much wasting of your time.
Only booked this via Viator because it was the only option of getting to the summit. The first part of the tour was hook but when we were released from our guide they had decided to close access to the summit
Beautiful Day! Museum de Louvre got picture of Mona Lisa and Venus de Milo. Skip the line well worth it !
Very bad experience, it was raining a lot on the day and when we reached the location there was a line and we did not have the tour. there was no service provided. Please refund our money back.

Before closing the check-in, we check if every one has the entrance ticket.

It’s was amazing. So fast getting through with our tour guide “Kenny” . She was so so nice and so informative. Highly recommend.
Sarah was an awesome guide. She was very friendly and informative. Getting through the line to the lift was very smooth.
We were extremely disappointed with this Eiffel Tower tour. The guide assigned to us did not speak proper English, provided almost no information, and spoke so softly we could barely hear her. Unlike other guides from the same company who were informative and engaging, this one simply escorted us to the second floor and left us with no meaningful commentary. We paid over $600 for summit access, but the experience felt like a complete waste. This is not the level of service we expected. I strongly advise others to avoid this tour through Viator.
