Choose an entry time when booking, then meet your host at the designated meeting spot and make the short walk over to the Eiffel Tower together.
Follow your host onto the elevator and zip up to the second level, where you can get excellent photo ops and panoramic views of Paris from 375 feet (114 meters) above the ground. Listen to a brief orientation, then you're on your own to wander and take in the sights as you please. Views include the Champ de Mars, Sacré Coeur, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Louvre's iconic pyramid-shaped building.
If you have selected the summit option, head up to the summit on your own to enjoy the sweeping views.

Our guide was very informative and engaging! He gave us a lot of helpful tips about best views of the Tower and pointed out all the landmarks and gave us the history of the Tower keeping us all interested! On May 3rd, I booked the "summit option" for a tour of the Eiffel Tower. The tour was canceled due to a terrible storm. After the cancellation, the guide assured us that the agency would immediately refund our ticket price. Today, as I write this review, is October 2nd and despite my urgent request through the helpdesk I have not yet received payment.

If I could give zero stars I would. 100 percent do not recommend. Not only is this tour non-refundable, but they will not work with you at all. Due to illness, I had to delay my flight to Paris by one day, and could not make it there in time for the tour. I reached out to both Viator and to the local tour guide to try to change either the day or the time, but no one would even try to help.

Experience is sold as skip the line to summit. We were just left in the first floor, the line was impossible to get to the summit. We paid more than $100 per ticket and the tixket was really $36.

We were extremely disappointed with this Eiffel Tower tour. The guide assigned to us did not speak proper English, provided almost no information, and spoke so softly we could barely hear her. Unlike other guides from the same company who were informative and engaging, this one simply escorted us to the second floor and left us with no meaningful commentary. We paid over $600 for summit access, but the experience felt like a complete waste. This is not the level of service we expected. I strongly advise others to avoid this tour through Viator.

Emmanuel was funny and taught us new ways to use our camera to take memorable photos at the Eiffel Tower. When our group was unexpectedly separated, Emmanuel remained with the half left behind. Tour description during booking was deceiving: “Skip the line”. There were No line skipping. Paid extra for Nothing. The tour guide was nice but I would not paid again or recommend this tour to anyone. Very disappointed overall. Not worth the extra cost or the inconvenience of meeting at a specific time for the tour.

The skip the line product does not mean that you will have no wait, but it always helps you save a lot of time.
During high season, the Eiffel Tower is always busy, and we cannot avoid security controls for obvious reasons. Also, lines for the elevator can be longer as there is one lift going up every 8mn. But we are using a specific entrance for “reserved time tickets”. We would be glad to welcome you in the future for another tour!

It was a great experience and the guide Edmund (I think) was very knowledgeable and kind.
It’s quite a long wait from the meeting point to actually entering the Eiffel Tower, and there is some queuing also. All in all everything was fine and we were happy just staying on the 2nd floor.😊 we went up with the lift and down by stairs which was fine.
