They should know that you CAN NOT get your money back if you're a few minutes late for a tour, (we were late because our flight got in late) they WILL NOT work with you so that you can join another tour. They also should know that they charge more then if you would get the tickets in person.
We paid $250 US dollars through the agency but we only paid €33.80 pp ($39.07 US) at the door. WE WILL NEVER GO THROUGH THIS AGENCY AGAIN! It was the most horrible experience I've ever had!

Have mixed feelings about this excursion. Our tour guide was funny and friendly, and provided good history on the museum however, most of it was under and outside the actual tower. We then queued in line for about an hour before we went to the top of the base, and then she had to leave us on our own. The queue to get to the very top was an additional 30 to 45 minutes. Overall, you could probably just go on your own and walk around and skip the guided tour as there was not much more that we learned other than what we knew or could have read online.
Regarding the tower itself, if you go when it’s hot and sunny, wear a hat and be prepared to wait in long lines as the elevators are crowded

This tour was excellent. Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us some history of the Eiffel tower and current status. My family and I too the lift to the 2nd level and all the way up to the summit. Very useful, informative and fun. I will highly recommend

This tour was absolutely amazing. Not only did we get to stroll through very quickly and bypass the long lines but we also got to hear the history as well. Our guide was very educated, extremely friendly, and ensured those very young to the adults found out something very unique about the tower to remember forever.

Booked this tour after regular tickets were sold out. We went in the morning. On hot days, the tower may be closed in the afternoon. The tour took 2.5 hours total, at a rushed pace. The tour guide will see you off at the lift to the top and you are free to sightsee and descend at your own pace. Tour guide was informative. Tour groups seem to bypass regular lines.

We really enjoyed our guide Sol, and the history of the tower that she shared with us. We were on a time crunch due to our cruise schedule and unfortunately a large amount of our time was spent outside of the tower listening to her tell us the history. I wish she could have told the story while we walked to the tower so we had more time to enjoy up in the tower.

This was the biggest waste of time. Just buy the tickets at the tower. You get nothing extra from ordering from Viator. Not worth it!

The Eiffel Tower is absolutely amazing. I wouldn’t waste the money on the “tour” which consisted of sitting in a dumpy hostel equivalent and waiting for the “guide”. It was about a 15 min walk to the Tower and he barely said anything. Got the fast pass and once in, the “tour” consisted of asking what was the original color of the tower and what is the top site in Paris. That was it.
Don’t waste your money and just buy the tickets to the Tower…we would have better spent the time just waiting in the queue as we did walking to the dump of an office and back.

I did not get the service I paid for. They did not show up, and when I reached out they did not respond. I ended up having to purchase the eiffel tower tickets from another vendor. I also do not know how to get the money back from this trip.

Explain that there’s a meeting point you have to go to prior to the tour to get tickets and that it’s not at the actual site.
