This was great day at the Eiffel Tower! Emmanuel, our tour guide, was friendly and so knowledgeable. He made sure everyone had a great time and saw everything they wanted to see! The tour agency was so accommodating when we missed our Eiffel Tower entrance time. They did everything they could to accommodate and get us to the tour !

Tower is an amazing experience. Guide was avg at best; no dramatic info provided ; the tour felt like it is just to uncharge for the summit access. Waste of money. Get in line for the tower tickets to the summit a month before the intended date and its < 50 bucks; and here the charges were > 100 bucks.

This tour was very well done. Emily was our tour guide and was not only very personable and friendly, she was a wealth of information and made the tour very interesting. I highly recommend booking a tour rather than doing it on your own. You did not disappoint.

WOW I didn’t expect this to be such an overpriced experience. This is not a guided tour- the guide speaks for maybe 10 mins and then leaves you on your own to explore. Highly recommend just purchasing directly through the Eiffel Tower instead of being charged over double what it would cost to book directly!

Tbh we only booked this because the tickets were sold out on the day we wanted to go. That being said, I'm really glad we did! We arrived at the tour operator address, were checked in and handed over to our guide Emilio, who was very friendly and personable 5 Stars!! He led us right where we needed to go, and gave us great info along the way. We were glad to be in a group, because with all the new safety measures it's not that clear where to go! I'm glad we booked summit, because that option was not available for other groups who had hoped to upgrade later. Emilio guided us up to the 2nd floor lift, loaded us on the elevator and we were on our way to the top! Like clockwork! Thank you!

The trip to the top of the Eiffel Tower is amazing, but there was little additional value added by this tour. Plan ahead and get your tickets direct. You’ll save time and money. You meet at the tour operator’s location and walk to the Tower wasting time going through their voucher redemption process and walking to the Tower. Furthermore, we weren’t able to fit on the funicular to the second floor with the rest of our group and despite being told by our guide that he would wait for us on the second floor he was nowhere to be found when we got there.

Viator subcontracted this summit access activity through another group, whose location is very difficult to find and a substantial walk from the Tower: PARIS LOUNGE 15 at 38 Av. de la Bourdonnais, 75007 Paris. When we realized we might be running late for our appointed time, I reached out through the appropriate channel on the Viator app to notify them and to ask if there was any alteration that we could make (such as meet at the Tower, since we were already there on the second level). No one responded to me, even though I reached out several times. As expected, we arrived late and missed the departure time. The front desk clerk was rude and not accommodating at all when we requested to go at a later time. I later asked for a refund (through the Viator app) and it was refused. For four of us, we paid $550.00

We weren’t able to visit the Eiffel Tower. The instructions on where to meet were buried in the email. Instructions were to view the ticket, which was an Apple Wallet ticket and contained no info on where to meet. Partially my own fault, but instructions were confusing.
