This is just a money grab. They buy up all the tickets so you have to purchase through them. Guide walks you over, gives a couple facts and leaves.

Great tour. Just enough information about the Eiffel Tower without being too long. Just make sure to plan to walk to the meeting site, it’s a few minutes out of the way but super easy.

While our guide was lovely, I don’t believe there was much value in taking this tour versus just paying for tickets. Very little informational content and no expedited access. Not really worth the premium price tag.

Guide was very helpful and provided valuable information. If you are afraid of heights, stay on second floor. Bring a jacket. The higher you go, the cooler it gets with the wind during this time.

Was very good rained for us but happy with the trip. Boat hop on hop of good again but booked for two days was unable to locate tickets for second day. Boat hop on hop off only goes in one direction so be aware when planning

The tour was fun but not exactly as expected. It was "skip the line" but only to a point. You didn't skip to the top of security, but once past that, your group was pulled aside. You also then had to wait in a very long line to get to the elevator to the summit. The guide left you at the second floor and you were then on your own. Guide was excellent and informative, but the price was a bit high for what you got.

The reception staff in Paris were very rude and unhelpful. We arrived 5 minutes late to our tour which I understand is our fault but they ignored us for 20 minutes after saying they will try to see if we could jump on the next tour. Considering how much I had spent on this trip I would expect them to make an effort to help us with actually visiting the Eiffel tower with a group. But no they were very rude, and we felt like a nuisance to them. I would not recommend this specific group to anyone and I would appreciate it if we received a refund, even if it is partial as I understand it is non-refundable.

They will not offer any assistance if you happen to run into any problem. Biggest scam ever. Charged us $400 and no one was at the office to attend to us.

However, the agency closes when the last tour of the day leaves. Unfortunately we cannot leave later than the scheduled time because our customers reserve a priority access and we have an entrance time to respect at the tower.
We try to be as clear as possible in the voucher, ke kindly ask our customers to arrive 15 minutes before the departure time.

The office to join the tour group was a considerable distance from the tower. Guide gave a few interesting facts.

The tour itself was great and our guide was amazing. BUT there was a major road closure for a 10k race they did not inform us of, so our 20 minute uber ride turned into over an hour and we missed our FIRST tour. We texted them threw the via tour app so see what was happening but got no response and then we called via tour who in turn called them and also got no response (essentially we felt very confused and hung out to dry. They rescheduled us to a later one for NO additional cost but it was very frustrating we ended up spending about 75 usd on Ubers that we didn’t need to as we went there and back twice. Obviously this was a very specific problem and probably not something that would happen to anyone else but my overarching point is the lack of communication. But again great guide great tour!
