Great tour guide. Very informative. I would still recommend logging in a getting your own free tickets for the entrance to Notre Dame so you don’t have to wait in the long line.

There was not enough time to complete both the Summit experience and the cruise before the last allowed sailing time so we had to miss going to the Summit and missed the fly bridge on Level 1. There were not enough seats on the boat to accommodate the number of passengers on board. Despite efforts to do so, I have not been able to contact the tour operator for a response. Their phone number does not seem to connect and the chat feature goes unanswered. Additionally, while on the lift going from the ground to Floor 2, two of the guides were trading stories about annoying past clients. Very unprofessional.

This was a great way to see the Eiffel Tower and Seine cruise since we were not able to get tickets online directly through the official website. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly, the company was helpful, and everything was prompt. We were given the option to upgrade to a more “posh” boat when we checked in that included snacks and/or champagne for $20 euros and we did. Highly recommend!

Don't take any pen knives with you. They will be confiscated. Fantastic view from the top but very crowded. At the snack shop on the 1st floor ( the one with the glass floor) you can buy a drink and get the reusable plastic cup ( with image of the Eiffel Tower on it) to take home. They tack on 2 euros for the cup. For the top of the tower tour you can stay as long as you want at the top and at each level coming down. At the end of the tour there was a boat ride on the Seine. We went to the wrong boat at first. There is a boat that stays docked and serves lunch. That's not the one. Your boat will be at docking station 3. It goes to the Notre Dame area before turning around.

I am traveling w 3ppl on July 17. Adding a 4th person noticed it was auto for 2 ppl chd to 1 and bought original only to have date reset . Still a few months and operator did not respond or seem to care. Be careful and recheck all info before booking.

Highly recommend this tour!👏 The Eiffel Tower is an experience not to be missed and going to the very top was quite a highlight. Seeing the sparkling lights was a bonus. The river cruise was beautiful at night with all the lights.

This tour was extremely helpful in getting to the Eiffel Tower. Our guides name started with a G, but I can’t quite remember his exact same. He was extremely kind and helpful to everyone. Once you get to the second level, you have to stand in line for a verrrrry long time for the summit, but that isn’t the fault of the tour company, but just an FYI for those planning to come. I would absolutely recommend this tour as they handle all the “little details” for you and you’re able to skip a HUGE portion of the lines. The only line that we have to wait in is for the summit.

Sebastian (Argentina) was lovely and informative. He had a good sense of humour. The tour was on time and you get to see the Effifal Tower at your own pace and the catch the boat cruise once your done. The boat goes every half an hour which was also great and convenient.

Too Exclusive, waste of money. Never purchase any ticket nonrefundable. Plenty of Iow rate tickets were available. Never use this company. I booked my mistake, four persons $540. I could get the ticket from same company for $180. When I contacted viator, the told the ticket was nonrefundable.
