Having a fear of heights, I've never dared to visit the Eiffel Tower. This tour allowed me to learn a great deal without the pressure of going up the tower. The guide was knowledgeable and passionate. I'm thrilled with this tour. I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately we did not get to the event on time as there was the Tour de France on and they blocked all the roads. We knew there was no cancellation refund but it would have been nice to know that all the roads were closed off making it super difficult to make it. If you are doing this just make sure to look into anything going on as they don't inform you.

We had a great time! Our guide was “Emily in Paris” and she was very knowledgeable and patient with all the kids in the group and their questions. Not having to wait in lines was a huge selling point for us. After she provided us the tour of each side of the tower we were able to roam the rest of the time at our leisure and take photos. Awesome time!

This was a great experience starting with the meeting point. The store is clearly marked and was easy to find, unlike some of our tours. Once there, our guide (his name is slipping my mind, we were in the orange group, 3.15 tour 7/22), was fabulous. He was loud so everyone could hear him and told us some great facts as we made our way to the tower. Also, once there he gave us more great info.

It was very easy to find the ticket office. It was so close to the Eiffel Tower. I am so glad I paid the extra to get the fast pass so we didnt have to stand in a long line to ascend. I highly recommend this tour. Being able to access all 3 levels was amazing.

Guide never showed up at Eiffel tower experience,when we went inside to ask what we needed to do ,we were told there was nothing they could do as we had booked with an independent company and the guide should be out side .We said they weren't and he said this happens quite a lot.We then had to purchase new tickets which were much cheaper at €77 .Really not happy at the experience.

This tour allowed us to learn some history about the Eiffel Tower and access the 2nd floor and top elevators efficiently. Once at the top we were able to enjoy all levels of the tower at our own pace. Definitely recommend this.

Very easy tour! First you go to a specific travel company close to the tower, check-in, and meet your guide who walks you to the tower, helps you with security etc. They take you up to the 2nd floor, and if you purchased, up to the summit, on your own. Overall great experience.

Going to the top floor was worth it. It’s crowded in the lifts so not for claustrophobic people.
Sol was a great guide - clear, informative and animated! My teenagers enjoyed it.

Our Eiffel Tower guided tour was an excellent experience for our family. It was very well organized, informative, and perfect for visiting with kids. The tour was thoughtfully planned, and we never felt rushed or left unattended. Our guide was incredibly pleasant, friendly, and easy to talk to. She shared interesting facts and history throughout the tour, making the experience both educational and enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this tour to families visiting Paris!

You need to leave plenty of time as the ticket office is a short walk from the tower. Once ast security it took us a little under two hours to reach the top level. The queues are long but seem to move fast and once there it is all worth it.

I very highly recommend this experience. I had been to the Eiffel Tower two other times but this was my first time with a tour guide. Fred (Ken) was excellent at his job. He is charming and knowledgeable and made the whole experience smooth and very enjoyable.
If you've never been to the Tour Eiffel it is difficult to anticipate how enormous it is and how easily you can waste a lot of time and energy going to the wrong place to get on the tower, etc. Plus, my husband and daughter do not speak French, so having an English speaking tour guide enriched the experience for all of us greatly. Cannot recommend enough.

There is a secret requirement to arrive 15 minutes before the tour start. We missed the tour start by 4 minutes. We were put on a later tour.
