Perfect Day

Mauro was so fun and energetic. He made learning about the palace and its history engaging for everyone. He had a lot of passion. Laura was also wonderful. She was so caring and patient. When my phone battery was low, she even shared her charging cord with me. She definitely goes the extra mile for people. It was so much appreciated. The tour was perfect. We had enough time for both the Palace of Versailles/Garden and Monet's House/Garden. It was the perfect way to spend the day.

I am so glad we booked this photo shoot. My daughter graduated high school in France, so this was her graduation photo shoot. Mike was THE BEST! He was friendly and communicated well. He took us to beautiful spots and took great photos. I recommend the early morning time slots.

The tour was super informative. Wonderful to have a tour of the palace and gardens from a local woman in Paris. Cecile had a great sense of humor and explained the history and the meaning it has in France. Make sure you are aware if you booked morning and afternoon tour sessions. There are policies the palace has in place that must be followed so plan your day accordingly. They let you in with water containers so you can use the pump by gardens and enjoy the public park beyond the gardens which is huge!

One of the Best Experiences of Our Trip

TJ was an incredible guide—so knowledgeable, engaging, and he made every part of the day fun and memorable. The tour was perfectly organized, with visits to two wonderfully different Champagne houses, a stop at Notre-Dame, and a special visit to the vineyards with absolutely incredible views. We learned so much about the Champagne region and the production process, while also enjoying the beautiful scenery and history. TJ’s passion and expertise really brought everything to life. This was easily one of the best experiences of our trip, and we’re so glad we decided to do it. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the region! It was a really nice change of scenery from Paris!

This was a great tour. You get to see the beautiful countryside of Normandy on your drive to Giverny. The tour guide, Brune from Brie, was so informative not only on local history but also on the best way to explore the gardens. I would highly recommend this tour.

Do it!

Monica was amazing! Patient and knowledgeable. You get to see a little bit of everything and the Louvre skip the line totally worth it. Plenty of breaks and plenty time for lunch. I will say the walking is intense. Pretty much walking the whole time and at the end when we got to the Musuem my legs almost fell off. But also partly because the Louvre is so crowded and hot. Not the tour’s fault in anyway. Overall I would totally recommend. But be aware you will be walking a lot.

This is an interesting...

This is an interesting all-day excursion from Paris. Our tour guide/driver was very good and gave us valuable historical information about both Fontainebleau and Vaux-Le-Vicomte. The morning was spent in Fontainbleau walking through the palace/castle as well as through all the Napoleon artifacts. We then took a one hour lunch break in the town of Fontainbeleau. In the afternoon, we went out to Vaux-Le-Comte which is one of the few remaining private chateaux in France. Drop dead beautiful gardens. During the course of our tour, we were greeted by Charles De Vogue who with his two brothers own and operates the Chateaux with a staff of around 30 people. It is a fulltime job maintaining and upgrading the Chateaux and its surrounding gardens. An altogether interesting and relaxing day taking us back into the history of 16th century France. I would recommend this day trip if you would like to get out of Paris. Peter S. Matorin

Excellent tour

Frederick was great! We met him easily at our designated spot which was 1 mile from our hotel. There was one other family of 5 plus my husband and I and it made for a nice small group. The car was very nice, clean and air conditioned. Fred was a good driver and talked to us about Monet and Giverny on the way there. He also showed us a short video about Minet’s garden/house. We learned a lot of new facts about Monet and the area. The gardens themselves were incredibly but definitely crowded even though we came on the early tour, leaving Paris at 8. He waited for us in line so we were the first to enter at 1030. The house itself was very warm (it’s been 90+ all week in Paris) but still worth seeing. They move you through the house very fast though so there’s no time to linger. Spent much more time in the gardens seeing Monet’s inspiration for many paintings. Our drive back was also easy and we were very pleased with the whole experience. Definitely worth it and would recommend to others who are Monet fans and want to learn more about the incredible artist.

Perfect Day Tour from Paris!

What a fantastic day. I have been to the Loire Valley before on tours and I have to say that this was the best. They gave us a perfect amount of time at each of the 3 stops and just the right amount of historical background! I would highly recommend this tour if you want to visit a few of the chateaus of the Loire Valley from Paris and only have a day to do it. Excellent all around.

Long but Amazing Day - Would do this again

10/10 Cristina was our guide and she was top-notch. I am so glad I booked this tour. I almost canceled because it was going to be such a long day - but it is worth it. A few things to note: The bus/motor coach was very clean and comfortable. You also had chargers built into the bus so you can charge your devices. I cant remember if it was USB /USB 3 - so bring both. Helps so you can save battery on your portable chargers. Huge plus for a 15 hour day. The stops are fast - but - you get to see a lot. So it's one of those things where if you want to see things - you will have a long day - but it will be a great day and you will get to see a lot. Unless you do an overnight trip or go on your own, this really is the way to go and get chauffeured around in a cost-effective way. I enjoyed all the sites. The day honestly goes by quick as you make multiple stops to sight-see on the way to Mont St Michel. Cristina was very knowledgeable about the sites. Cristina has a friendly demeanor and is incredibly knowledgeable. Her English and Spanish are both fluent. I am glad we had a bulk of the time at Mont St Michel. The stops were also appropriate as well for breaks along the 4.5 hour drive. If you want to see a lot of the sites in a cost-effective way and not make it a multi-day trip - this is the way to do it. This is the way to maximize seeing these sites without hotels, etc. I was super mindful of the long day for our guides, so be sure to tip them generously. I hope one day this tour includes the American Cemetery Tour. It's right there and I think that would be wonderful for tourists going forward. My recommendation would be to shave off some time at one of the beaches and allow for a quick stop there. I think that would really make it a truly "saw it all" experience. Note: if you are challenged with mobility - this may be a harder excursion for you. You will need to walk quick through some sites. So just know that if you have bad back/knees/hips/shoulders - there's a lot of walking here. Especially with tight timelines. Not a critique but just being honest about observations as we had some seniors in our group who really had a hard time getting around. Overall - this was a very memorable tour and day for me. It was such a great day - even tho it was 15 hours - I didn't want the day to end. You'll make memories and be in awe of all the wonderful things you'll see. Book it. It's worth it.

Stunning and informative!

Versailles is a must-see experience while in Paris and this tour was the perfect length to not only see the incredible opulence of the palace and wonder in the exquisite gardens but also to understand the role the palace and those that lived there played in the French Revolution. Honore, our tour guide, was amazing. I learned more about French history in the few hours we spent together than the whole rest of my time in Paris.
