The tour description was very accurate and we enjoyed all of the stops. The lunch was better than expected and we greatly enjoyed the winery stop. Sebastian was very polite, informative, timely, and a good driver. It is a long day but worth the effort in my opinion.

We enjoyed our day. Our guide, Sebastian, was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and considerate of our needs and interests. We spent the day driving thru the countryside seeing castles and stopping at a winery- and a town for lunch and to shop a bit. While it is an all day excursion the castles are a must see so it is well worth dedicating a day to the valley.

We had a great day with Sebastian. He was polite, informative and an all-around pleasant guy to spend the day with. The trip encompasses an entire day - we left just after 7am and returned 12 hours later. We saw some beautiful sites, drank nice wine and had a good lunch in a quaint town. However, it is a long day and you have to be willing to give up a full day in Paris to make the trip. Overall, was a fun experience and something different than the regular tourist activities.

Sebastian is a wonderful guide! He always made sure we were enjoying ourselves and had everything we needed. He is very knowledgeable of the area and answered all of our questions! When we return we will definitely ask for him again.

Too expensive for what the experience,the driver was texting messages while driving and doing video calls while driving. Also he was supposed to be a guide but he knows so little things, not a real guide, for the price ilt was a robbery, une arnaque

We have carefully reviewed your comments. You booked a group tour in English, and the tour was conducted entirely in English, as scheduled for all participants. A group tour cannot be delivered in multiple languages at the same time. During the tour, it became clear that your English level was very limited and that you were primarily communicating in French. The guide nevertheless made an effort to provide brief clarifications in French as a courtesy, although he was not required to do so. It seems that the main source of disappointment may have been the language selection at the time of booking. Choosing an English-speaking group tour while expecting it to be conducted in French can understandably lead to frustration. However, this is not an issue of tour quality, but rather of booking the incorrect language option. For future guests, we strongly recommend selecting a group tour in the language you speak comfortably in order to fully enjoy the experience. Regarding the phone call, we would also like to clarify that all our vehicles are equipped with a built-in hands-free system. Our guides are strictly prohibited from using a handheld phone while driving. The phone is automatically connected to the vehicle, and speaking without hands-free is not possible under our company’s strict safety rules. Therefore, any suggestion that the guide was using a handheld phone is incorrect. If the call caused any inconvenience, we apologize. However, it was made through the hands-free system, in full compliance with French law and our internal safety policies. Safety and professionalism remain our top priorities at all times.

The Loire Valley is truly a beautiful area of France. Well worth the visit for a day or longer. The castles are quite amazing and definitely worth your time The winery we went to was something special. Definitely worth your time and a day trip out of Paris Our guide was great and made sure all was set for us and lunch was very well planned and the food was great

We had a wonderful variety of l activities spaced nicely by Sebastian. Prompt pick up with freshly cleaned windows, made the views clear. Chateau’s were very different from each other so didn’t feel like we were just seeing the same thing again . Lunch was amazing ! Wineries were very nice. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Sebastian was great! The tour exceeded our expectations. Sebastian was knowledgeable, personable and very accommodating. The castle tours were super fun but Sebastian 's private winery tours were THE BEST PART! He really made the day special. Lunch was AMAZING . Sebastian was wonderful. He personalized the experience for my husband and I - even made a stop along the way and took amazing photos of us in a sunflower field. The lunch was exceptional, and castles grand. I can't recommend it enough - especially with Sebastian as your tour guide. You won't be disappointed.

We enjoyed the castles very much and the lunch was great. The wine tasting was a little underwhelming. I was expecting a bit more information and it just wasn’t like other tastings I’ve been on. Also, the van was a little warm.

The guide drives for you and covers stuff outside and along the way. Inside each you are on your own with history-pads that walk you through. The flexibility depending on the group is great as we had a private experience and saw a castle not listed with the tomb of divinci.

Lovely experience in the Loire Valley. Tomer was our guide and he took great care of our group. We toured 2 chateaus - Chambord and Blois, had a delicious lunch, and tasted wines at a winery. The towns we drove through were very quaint and we also enjoyed the company and chats during the long drive.

We booked this tour for our honeymoon in Paris. What an amazing experience! We had Sebastian as our tour guide. It ended up just being the 2 of us. We got a private tour for a great price. We went to 2 amazing castles in the Loire valley. Chamboard and Amboise. A very good wine tasting and a tour of the cave in the winery. We went to another wine room since we had more time after the Amboise castle as a bonus. We stopped for a 5 course lunch at a beautiful hotel. It was the best food we had on our trip. Plus a cave to tour on the property. Sebastian was great he really customized the tour to do what we were interested in. I would definitely recommend this tour.
