It was a wonderful experience. Our tour guide was Emilie and she was very impressive with her facts and trivia questions. We enjoyed our time with her, the walk over was nice and we had no problems getting through Security to the elevators. The views were amazing from the second and top floors, gift shops with a lot of cute items.

The Eiffel Tower was spectacular! Our tour guide was ok….she spoke for a few minutes and provided some facts. The reason for the low rating is that we were extremely disappointed that the person who told us what was not allowed to be brought into the tower, failed to tell us that we could not bring locks. We had purchased locks at home (and they were expensive) in the United States and we wrote on them and had them ready to attach to the bridge. However, as we entered the Eiffel Tower, we were forced to hand them over and they were confiscated. Our tour guide told us that if she were to have give the speech, she would’ve forewarned us. It was very disappointing that we were not told this information. It’s definitely put a damper on our whole experience of the Eiffel Tower.

What an awesome experience. The sights of Paris at the summit were beyond belief!! Our tour guide Abby was wonderful!! She was very knowledgeable on the history of the tower and was do helpful to everyone!!

You have to locate the office to collect your tickets which was a pain. I wouldn’t do it this way again I would buy tickets on the gate. Cheaper & quicker

We booked the Eiffel Tower reserved access tour expecting a smooth and well-organised experience, but unfortunately it was anything but. The instructions regarding the meeting point were unclear and misleading, which resulted in us being split up on arrival. Part of my family waited at the Eiffel Tower, while I went to the separate meeting location as instructed. Because of this confusion, we missed our original 16:45 tour and had to try and join the 17:15 group. What made the situation worse was the lack of support from staff at the meeting point. The representative we spoke to was dismissive and unhelpful, despite this clearly being a genuine mistake caused by unclear instructions. At one point, my family were even told not to come back as it was uncertain whether we would be allowed on the later tour. Eventually, I was told I could join at 17:18 and meet my family inside. However, by the time I located them in a very busy environment, the tour was effectively over and we had missed almost everything apart from a brief explanation near the lift. The whole experience was stressful and chaotic. Instead of enjoying a special family moment, we spent the time worried, separated, and rushing. It also caused us to be late for a dinner reservation. The Eiffel Tower itself is incredible, but this tour organisation and customer care were very disappointing.

No waiting, quickly in and up to the 2nd floor. Our guide, Leo, was very articulate, loud and clear. Gave us the 360 tour of Paris from the 2nd floor plus the history of the tower.

Good Eiffel Tower tour - quick entry. Bruno our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Make sure you note the meeting point on your voucher - it’s a 5 minute walk from the tower and well labeled. After Bruno got us up to 2nd floor we were free to explore on our own which was great as we were able to time it to make an another tour in the afternoon.

Totally worth it! Our guide Emilie was lovely and shared lots of history and fun facts about the Eiffel Tower. The views are spectacular. We stayed 4hrs. Saw the sunset, saw the ET lit up nicely and stay through the first set of flashing lights. Amazing. This is a must for all. But do the lift tickets. There were just too too many steps. :-)

We booked the Eiffel Tower at 15.42 for a 15.45 experience after we had paid we were informed we had to meet some one away from the tower to collect the tickets they should not of accepted the booking knowing we would not be able to use it we rang and all you get is drivel they pass the book and are not willing to help I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone they are very unprofessional and seem they would rip you off we will never use again I am looking into a legal action to gain a refund and to let people know what type of company they are dealing with

Fantastic experience, our guide Emmanuel was very knowledgeable and attentive. I would mention that, initially, I thought I had purchased access to the top floor of the tower and had to pay extra when in the shop to allow access to the top floor. An extra 20€pp Maybe I misread the offer on Viatour but I’m sure it said 2nd and top floor access

Was great we had the best guide Salime I know I am messing this name up I’m so sorry because she was the best very intelligent spoke many languages!!!And was so informative about the history of the tower and there is a lot to know !Please if you have the chance do this tour and asked for her u will know if you get her !!!!
