The guide Abby was wonderful! I feel the price I paid $285 for me and my 14 year old granddaughter was a rip off! The price listed on each voucher was 37 euros each! This was a very special trip for us so I was gullible. We were able to go directly to the lift to the 2nd floor with our group, so that was a plus. But really to charge so much when the set price was much less is not fair. Also, don’t waste your money going to the very top as the best views are in 2nd level!

We booked the dedicated reserved access expecting a professional and customer-focused experience, but unfortunately it turned into one of the worst experiences of our trip.
Due to exceptionally heavy traffic, we arrived late for our scheduled tour. We did everything we could by calling Viator in advance to let them know, but after waiting on hold for a long time, the call was disconnected before we could resolve the situation.
When we arrived at the meeting point, the staff at Paris Lounge Tours & Tickets were incredibly rude, hostile, and completely unwilling to listen to our explanation. Rather than showing any understanding or offering possible alternatives, we were spoken to disrespectfully and even threatened that they would contact Viator to have our booking cancelled. Their attitude was aggressive and entirely lacking in customer service.
I also felt that the way we were treated was discriminatory, which made an already stressful situation even more upsetting.
We fully understand that tour schedules are important and that being late can have consequences. However, there is a professional and respectful way to treat customers. Instead, we were met with hostility and a complete lack of empathy despite making every effort to communicate our delay.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with this operator. A little understanding and basic courtesy would have made all the difference, but sadly neither was shown.

We felt it was definitely worth doing this tour in a small group as the experience would have been a bit tricky had we tried to do this on our own, particularly as there was unfortunately some pushing in the queue. Sol was a friendly and helpful guide.

Location very convenient. Check in was efficient although we couldn't check in earlier than 15 minutes prior to avoid the line. Abby was a nice guide and the ear pieces were greatly appreciated. She briefed us well on things I knew and many things I didn't know. Getting in was easy and smooth. We were surprised that once on the tower the tour was done. No pointing out sights or structure elements like other guides around us we're doing.

You can stay as long or as little as you’d like. But lines to enter and exit can be time consuming. The views are totally worth it though. Our guide Aladin was great, shared some history but kept it engaging.

Friendly and informative guide (Aladdin) gave us an interesting talk. We only went up to the second stage but even so the view was magnificent. Allow plenty of time to get down again - long queue for the lift!

Overall, we were very pleased with this experience. We were able to book it at the last minute when online tickets through the official site were totally sold out. The tour was well organized and the guide, Leo, was helpful and informative with the logistics of our visit. He quickly got us through security and up to the 2nd floor, where he walked us around and pointed out interesting landmarks.
Many of the negative reviews here underscore that this agency is very strict with timing. I can confirm that this is true, as I observed someone who was late for their tour and who was refused participation without paying an additional fee. I think this is somewhat understandable when you realize that they're not just handing you tickets; it's a group tour with a lot of people flowing through. So definitely be aware and allow extra time to get to the meeting point.

The tour was very short. Our guide escorted us up to the tower and gave us a tad of info on the walk from meeting place to the top. We purchased tickets through Viator because it was difficult to get tickets to the top on our own so this tour wasn’t a full tour like we had for other places but it got us up to the Eiffel Tower.

We did a private tour of the Louvre & Hugo L. was our tour guide. He was absolutely amazing. Cannot recommend him & the tour enough. We traveled with our 3 children & as an art historian - he made the tour both interesting & fun for all!

Horrible experience! Very poor customer service on the activity partner. We went inside the Eiffel Tower to meet our group & guide 20 mins before the meeting time but they insisted on meeting @ the Paris Lounge which we were too late. The guide could have give us directions on where to meet the group but he didn’t. All in all, just did not work with us on how we can get our tickets to go up the Eiffel Tower. Over $200 flushed in the toilet.

Highly recommend this experience if you want to make the most of your time at the Eiffel Tower! Very well organized and punctual! Our guide was great! Engaging and knowledgeable and helpful in getting us to the summit quickly! We had plenty of time to explore at the summit and the lower levels. If you want to stay at any of the restaurants, make a reservation well in advance. There are a couple of quick bite and drink options with no lines. Overall, a fantastic experience!

We had a great time. It's a short walk to the tower from the check-in place (small and can be crowded) and our guide was great at giving us little tidbits about the tower and Paris. Security lines are out of their control, but ours were relatively quick. We waited maybe a couple of minutes for security, 5 minutes for the ride to the 2nd level, and another 5 minutes for the elevator going up to the top. We thought the summit was fun but realistically the 2nd level is pretty neat on its own. Having said that, it's worth going to the top. We really enjoyed the experience.
