Our tour guide Aladdin was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the Eiffel Tower and Paris history in general. Although access to the Summit of the Eiffel Tower was closed due to the 100 degrees plus temperatures, we still very much enjoyed the experience. I would highly recommend it to others.
Well organized tour. At 1 hour just the right length. Our tour guide, Kenny, was funny, engaging & very well informed. Learned a lot about the tower in an interactive way. And we skipped the lines!
The information provided was informative and good to know. If we had gone ourselves we wouldn’t have know what we were looking at.
This was a really good experience. From arriving at the meeting place of Love Paris we were taken by our guide Alexander, to the Eiffel Tower. He was very knowledgeable and provided some really interesting facts. He stayed with us through entry and up to the second floor making the process though security easy.
We were then left to explore ourselves.
Really worthwhile using this service. Would highly recommend.

Got in quickly with no line. Informational but hard to hear. Some people were given the wrong time tickets and were not allowed entry. Check to make sure your ticket from the agency has the correct time
Be prepared to wait in line but it passes quickly.
Our guide was very helpful and provided interesting information as we walked to the Eiffel Tower and kept us informed as we started up the elevators. He took time to be certain questions were answered and explained what to expect. A very good way to tour the tower.

It was a large group tour. We spent a lot of time going through security. Just part of our group went to the very top. The guide doesn't go with you, he just shows where the elevators are to go up. Waited in that line another 45 minutes. After we came down from the top we were on our own to find our way back to where we started. The guide was nice, he did share a lot of information, but the group was so large sometimes it was difficult to hear. In hindsight I would have bought the tickets myself. It would have saved time since it took a while to wait for the tour to start, then several more minutes to walk to the tower.
Breathtaking views in a clear day. Crowds could be an issue but it is worth the effort. The views of the old city are definitely impressive.

Goal was to get in as quickly and efficiently as possible and I think this tour succeeded in that. Great day. Guide offered some info that was useful but did not waste any time.

I really wish I hadn’t booked this. The online tickets from the Eiffel were sold out. I was under the impression that we didn’t want to wait in the lines so opted for this instead. By the time we went out of our way to get to their office and waiting for 15 minutes in a very hot room with no air conditioning and then walked the 15 minutes over to the tower, we would have been happier just waiting in line for an hour. Then what made that choice worse is that because it was such a hot day there was no walk up line and we could have gone up immediately. But they made the people with reservations wait in a separate line and it took us 45 minutes before we got on an elevator. Then 2 of the 3 lifts went out so getting back down was a nightmare.
Still loved the views and visiting the tower. Just don’t recommend wasting your time with this tour and even if the line is over an hour long you will be better off just walking up.
Booked this trip with the tour guide and it was excellent. The guide was friendly, and he knew his facts very enjoyable and educational.
We paid for the top level and because of the heat they cancelled it. We were only able to go to the 2nd level. Not their fault but a big disappointment!
Try not to get your Eiffel Tower tickets from a tour operator. They buy the tickets in mass quantities and then resell them at a huge markup as part of a “tour.” You can purchase your tickets online directly from the official website and even if they are sold out, the website says that they still sell tickets at the door for immediate entry. They might momentarily pause ticket sales if it gets too crowded. But that can happen with tour groups too. The only advantage I see to going with a tour operator is a near guarantee for a day or time you want to go. But even then, there are lots of potential hazards if you read the reviews of others. Again, the official website says that they sell tickets for in-person sales for immediate access even if the online tickets are sold out. So what does the “tour” get you? Someone to hold your hand and escort you to the main entrance and offer a few facts that are easily learned by reading the materials posted at the monument. There is no fast pass lane or expedited entry with a tour. You will stand in the same lines as the general public, both to get into the tower and then again to get onto the elevator. Our “two hour” tour was literally 45 minutes long because once our guide got us to the elevator that goes to the top, she politely bid adieu so that we “could be free to explore on our own.” She didn’t even go the top to show us the points of interest of Paris.
Great views all round. One of the must do’s whilst in Paris. Decided to walk down from level two, took our time, down in 10 minutes
So fun. Alex was knowledgeable and showed us all the landmarks. Definitely go up. What a view!!! Plenty of time for pictures shopping drinks after.
This tour was pretty average. We booked many tours during our trip to London and Paris, and this one probably wasn't needed. You can book a trip to the second floor yourself and save your money on this one. Book the Paris pastry food tour instead!
This was a very good basic tour. Got us to the top directly and quickly. Very simple check in and good supervision

The tour was ok. Nothing wrong with the guide, just the tour we booked.. it was a larger group tour so it wasn’t as informative as the other 5 tours I booked as those were private. Sebastian did a great job getting us there and brief introduction. From there we were on our own. So basic tour basic outcome. Wasn’t bad but wasn’t extra.
Having bought through this tour agency cost us more but since we visited during the extreme heat wave in Paris, this worked out to be the best option for us. The tour guides are knowledgeable and took us to the Eiffel through the right gates and helped us navigate the long lines in security. They also gave us a quick overview of the experience so that we could beat the wait and the crowd to the top! So all in all totally worth it!
For us, the tour was a way to get our son to the third floor. I always enjoy the extra information we get from a tour. The guide help us get to the third floor more efficiently especially in August which was really crowded.
It was an amazing experience with a very friendly guide “Sebastian” . He was very knowledgeable and gave an amazing history of Paris and Eiffel tower. He was with us the whole time till we reached the 2nd floor. I can say that our experience was amazing. I recommend this to everyone.
Bruno was a great guide! We learned alot about the tower while waiting to go up. The meet up location is an easy 5 minute walk from the tower. Booking ahead was excellent and guaranteed access to the summit, even if it is at maximum capacity for the day, which it was on the day we went. Having a guide saves time and definitely helps navigate through the security and the lifts up the tower. Be prepared for crowds and packed elevators during summer. The lifts are fast and the view is amazing at the very top.
You don’t get anything on this tour you wouldn’t get by just buying a ticket. And the tour is approximately 5 times the price. You met at the tour company reception. They won’t even let you use the bathroom. For what they charge it would be the least they could do.
