Do not schedule this on your first day of arrival. Our flight was delayed, missing connecting flight, losing a day in Paris due to rebooking and they wouldn’t change our reservation to the next day. I did not ask for a refund just change of day. We are 6 hours behind and contacted as soon as I was aware but did not hear back from anyone until I called them. Then I had to email and ask for assistance. Do not book thru this app or this non-refundable because they won’t make changes either, no understanding or exception. You can buy your tickets at the Eiffel Tower cheaper. We went at the end of the night, no wait.

For me, this was absolutely sensational! I’ve seen the Eiffel Tower on TV and in pictures since I was a kid 60 years ago so to see it firsthand was amazing. You’ve got to do this tour. Be sure to book your tickets online because the line at the box office when we got there was over 90 minutes long. You get to skip all that. Honestly, you could probably skip the summit part but if you traveled far to see this finally for the first time in your life, you may want to do it. Not that big of a deal you get just as good pictures from the second floor. Anyway, I highly recommend this tour as it still has me smiling a couple weeks later. Be sure to check the Eiffel Tower out at night as well if your tour is during daylight. The lights are spectacular.

Fantastic way to get in to see the tower and views. Booking ahead was worth every penny. Emilie was great! Guide us along with history and personal touches. Very patient and attentive. We were a good size group but she made it feel like it was a private tour.

I didn’t get to have the experience! The system scheduled the tour for “tomorrow” instead of the date I input six weeks out and I only discovered this when I started getting texts about preparing for my experience even though I was on another continent. I immediately called Viator and they refused to reschedule or refund me. When I escalated it further I got several more apologies, appeals to policies, and told that I didn’t answer their calls when each time I did, there was no one on the line. I have little trust or respect for this company that puts policy over people and chooses to remain unaware of the problems with their technology.

Ok tour not great. Tour guide walking too fast to have older patrons keep up with him. When he finally got us to the second floor access just ended the tour and let us go on our own. Vistas were good access was adequate but left me longing for more.

The guide gave some great background and history of the tower and her English was excellent. Even though it wasn’t a very busy day, the skip the line feature is a definite plus. We went to the top and it was worth it. We went early because the weather forecast was for rain later and glad we did. It’s supposed to be better at sunset though.

Don't Reserve Tickets With Viator For Eiffel Tower. It’s very inconvenient to go to an office 1.5 km from the Tower and then the group leaves on foot promptly on the designated hour. If you are late 2 minutes, you are on your own. The group leaves briskly and if you are elderly, out of town and are challenged walking, good luck. It was very frustrating. Prices are blown up and the service is not reliable for the paid service.
