Itinerary
Meet your local guide at a prearranged meeting point a few minutes' walk from the Eiffel Tower and enjoy the start of the commentary about the famous landmark's history.
As you approach the tower, you'll proceed by elevator directly to the second level. Look around the second floor, which includes panoramic maps of Paris and a 1/50th scale model of the tower's original architecture. Enjoy views of famous landmarks like Les Invalides, the Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre, and Notre Dame as you listen to your guide's engaging commentary.
Once your guided tour has concluded, you may continue to explore on your own. If you have booked the upgraded option that includs summit access, you can use the second elevator for access to the Eiffel Tower's summit, where you can get fantastic views from 1,063 feet (324 meters) up and purchase a glass of bubbly from the Champagne bar (own expense).

The history of the Eiffel Tower that we received on the tour was great. It was quite warm and we did have to wait in lines to get in and up the tower, but we enjoyed our experience and am glad we took the tour.

Luna was an amazing, highly knowledgeable guide! The only down size was actually finding the site to pick up ticket/meet guide. Part of the problem was that the hotel & Viking River cruises guide didn't understand exactly the way to guide us! Every secondary tour group has different instructions! Very frustrating !I suggest
making reservations with Tower directly & skip the middle man.

“Tour” itself was very minimal. Maybe ten minutes of facts provided at a couple different stop points. Major benefit to paying for the tour is slightly expedited entry and lift line wait times. Going up the Eiffel Tower itself was great.

We were only 2 minutes late due to the crazy Paris traffic. I even texted from the uber that we are running a little late and we can meet at the foot of the tower. Didn’t get any response. When I called, I was told that we maybe able to join the group 2.5 hours later at 5:00 PM. So we waited and when the time came, the promise was not honored. We even proposed that we can go the the following day or the day after but they would not respond. Not a good way to treat a customer who tried to be as flexible as possible.

This tour was everything I expected. Our guide was terrific and explained so much about the Tower and the buildings in Paris. Very informative. The lines weren't as bad as we expected. Our weather was great and we could see for miles. Our guided tour was well worth the money. I'm sorry I don't recall our guides name, but he was terrific!

Leo was the best. He took his time explaining the entire process of getting into the Eiffel tour and up to the summit prior to entrance so there was no confusion. While we walked up and when we got up into the tour, we were given some history on the tower and France. Would highly recommend this tour.

Get to the area at least 45” early. Traffic is heavy in Paris.

The iconic Eiffel Tower was a must see when in Paris. Although this tour was a little pricey it was well worth it. Matilda our guide was well versed on the history of the tower and guided us very well

Take a sweater if going to the summit. Book close to sunset so you can see the twinkle of the lights every hour for 5 minutes. It is magical.

It can be a bit of a process getting into the Eiffel with security, etc., but our guide, Louis, outlined everything beforehand so expectations were managed. Once we got in, he gave us a history on the lower deck and we were left to stay for as long as we wished. Louis was charming and fun. It is definitely a different experience viewing the city from the lower decks to the summit. Worth a visit just because of the engineering marvel it is.

We met with the tour guide, where he walked us over to the tower and gave us a little talk about it before leaving us on our own. After that we never saw him again. Not worth the money. For the price of this tour you could just go to the tower yourself and explore it yourself since that’s what we ended up having to do anyway. No guide to take us up, we did skip the line but even with that it wasn’t worth it.

I would definitely recommend scheduling this tour with Viator and booking the lift to the summit. The day we were there the weather was raining and cold so climbing the stairs would have been horribly dangerous. Our guide Aiden was knowledgeable and kept his sense of humor throughout the tour even though it was freezing out. We enjoyed the tour and the history lesson. If only the weather would have cooperated

These people stole my money, no ticket and no refund.
They told me to go to the front desk and pay for another ticket which I did. They said call viator and get a refund. When I did viator said the tour operator refused my refund! Made me pay twice for the Eiffel Tower tickets !

This was worth the $ for the zero wait lines. I tried to buy tix through the Eiffel direct site and there were none available. I bought these and was so glad I had to. The wait lines were nonexistent compared to everyone else. Our guide was amazing and knowledgeable!
