Choose a 24- or 48-hour ticket, valid starting the first time you use it, and disembark at any of the stops to explore further on your own. Operating Schedule: You can hop on and off from the Paris Red Route tour from 10 different stops. Buses run every 10-20 minutes. Tune in to the pre-recorded commentary, available in 9 languages via complimentary headphones. Red Route Tour strats from Stop 1 at 09.45am and the last tour from Stop 1 is 17.30pm. Download the Big Bus Tours app to track buses in real time, and board easily using your mobile ticket. Your River cruise tickets will be provided by a Big Bus agent when boarding on the bus they will then tell you where to board.

It was a very cool ride, you can see and hear the history of Paris. I recommend riding the bus route first, that way you can see everything there is to see, and then, decide where and what you want to see and explore. That way you can see it all. Had a great time.

Not at the fault of the bus company, but there was a marathon this day that we had reserved for and had a hard time getting to where we wanted to meet the bus. I had requested a refund and still have not heard back.

Clean buses with stops at the majority of Paris' attractions. Plenty of busses so waiting isn't excessive. Audio provided helps you know where you are and what you're looking at.

Bus portion was ok although very little time was given to get on the bus and off. We were not told the last bus was at 5pm which would have been helpful since we stood there for over an hour waiting. Several others were there as well. The cruise add on was the true disappointment. We were told that it ran until 10pm we got there closer to 6 after waiting for the bus that never came. The line was easily over 4 hours long and so many were crammed on every boat there was no way that was safe. We opted not to use it. I should have booked the dinner cruise which looked lovely and much more safe. Next time!

A great introduction to Paris! We wanted to do a sightseeing tour as it was our first time in Paris and we only had one day to see as much as possible. This was a perfect way to see the sights. We did a full loop before hopping off at a few stops, and the included river cruise gave us a completely different perspective on the city. Even though it was a busy day, we always managed to grab a seat. Don't worry if you can't sit up on the top deck later in the day - we got to see a lot of detail we'd previously missed by sitting on the lower deck. It's a short tour compared to the London route, but with traffic expect a full loop to take over 2 hours. The audio guide is great and available on lots of different languages. Make sure you die moad the app for great info on nearest stops and live waiting times.

This was a poor experience as there were no guides for locating where the first stop was. The app was not able to be downloaded and the tickets didn’t work. We’ve used this in other cities and enjoyed it. The Paris tour was not worth it unless you want to sit on a bus for over an hour and do nothing and the drivers randomly stop wherever they want, even when it’s not on the itinerary. Waste of money. Use the metro service, you will see A LOT more!

Rather try another bus option! History was cut short every time, sentences not finished so you couldn't get any solid information about the history. Saint Chapelle is on the route, they didn't even mention it and it is on the pamphlet? Usually we do a bus tour to get to know a place, but this was really not good at all. Not the money worth it

Driver let us off for Notre Dame at a sidewalk stop that wasn’t your regular stop. We became lost lost lost. Tried to follow your map to where the regular pick up stop was and had not luck. Wasted afternoon and money!!!

Frequent buses and lots of helpful staff dotted around the city, so we always had the information we needed and usually managed to get a seat on the top deck with a working headphone socket. The only down side was that, due to an issue on the roads we think, we didn't get to finish the tour. On the third from last stop we were told we'd have to get off. Which gave us quite a walk back to our hotel. It was a shame because we were enjoying the audio guide as well!

Great way to see the city! Just know that 24hrs is really from 9am to 7:30pm. We ended up having to walk an hour back to the hotel when we wanted to see the lights of the Eiffel Tower.

This was a total waste of £100! Buses overcrowded, couldn’t see much at all due to sitting backwards downstairs with no option to move. Had to share headphones as one headphone Jack did not work. Bus took alternative route so commentary was out of time

Grateful to have done the boat tour just as the sun was about to set! Lights turn on the Eiffel Tower just before we had to get off...and then twinkled😍😍

The city tour bus was a way to see things quickly and spent more in one spot and then get back on. The people talking during the driving were not really prepared to deliver the message on the bus . Each stop ✋️

We had to wait over 50 minutes by the Petit Palais while we saw 5 Toot busses stop. Then we got on and there were no seats so we couldn’t listen to the audio. Plus I didn’t realize there were only 10 stops. So the time between was long. The audio didn’t really say that much either. Also it wasn’t clear where the bus stop was at both Musée d’Orsay and Petit Palais. We had a completely different and wonderful experience in London.

The hop on hop off your that we did for 48 hours was fantastic. It allowed us to see all of the main attractions as well as different areas in Paris that we wanted to investigate further. It was helpful to use as this was our first time navigating through Paris. We also took the night tour on Oct 1st and were able to see the Eiffel Tower light up in pink for Breast Cancer Awareness month!
Great tour. I would recommend this to first time visitors for sure. But honestly In think it’s great for anyone.
