Choose a 24- or 48-hour ticket, valid starting the first time you use it, and disembark at any of the stops to explore further on your own. Operating Schedule: You can hop on and off from our Paris Red Route tour from 10 different stops. Buses run every 10-20 minutes. Tune in to our pre-recorded commentary, available in 9 languages via complimentary headphones. Red Route Tour strats from Stop 1 at 09.45am and the last tour from Stop 1 is 17.30pm. Download the Big Bus Tours app to track buses in real time, and board easily using your mobile ticket. Your River cruise tickets will be provided by a Big Bus agent when boarding on the bus they will then tell you where to board.

Great service. Friendly staff who were very accommodating and attentive. Tasty food. Not too crowded. Restroom on board. Calm and relaxed atmosphere. Left and returned at the scheduled time.

The bus is a great way to get around the city. The only draw back is that it stops running at 7:30pm although their website shows they don’t stop running until 8:30pm.

It was a beautiful day. We got the BB tour the morning we got here because we knew we'd be tired from jet lag, and our hotel wasn't ready. It was a great choice. An opportunity to see a lot of stuff around the city and kind of get the layout. I highly suggest doing this first, before you actually DO all the things. I liked the audio information also.

The Hop on and Off Bus is great and has a lot of information full stop you can get all forever us and get back on the bus at different locations. However the cruise was not very good which is the reason why I did not give it all the stars up I would not recommend doing the cruise you may go sleep.

Great way to get around Paris and see sights. Remember to pick up headphones on way upstairs so you can listen to information on sights and stops. Jump off at sights you want to visit and hop back on.

Ensure if there is a planned route detour that your drivers is informed and knows how to drive around. Our driver told us to get off the bus and walk. We saw the busses after us do the right route after we started walking to our stop.

Great way to see the city. We rode the full route and then decided where we wanted to hop on and off. The tour narration was great but it isn’t always in sync.

The downstairs bus noise, rattles, bouncing and loud conversations made it difficult to hear the audio. The upper deck would be too hot with intense sun.

We took this tour with my family of 4. My kids absolutely loved it. My husband and I appreciated the relaxing ride and the amazing close up views of the Eifel tower and other monuments from the boat. Earlier in the day we had taken one of the big boat river cruises and this experience was hands down 1000× better. It was so private and nice. Our guide was so amazing and gave us lots of great Paris local tips. The treats and drinks on the ride were great. It was so nice to all do toast right under the Eifel Tower. And, because we were in a small boat our guide was able to maneuver us into some great spots for photos. This was definitely our favorite Viator booking. Id highly recommend it and we will definitely do it again next time we are in Paris.

Traffic in Paris is wild, so sometimes the buses can't get everywhere, but overall this was a good thing for us to do given that we had one full day in Paris to explore.

Great service. Even when only the RED route was being followed, we were able to see the most important areas. Traffic was difficult because of some closures, but the drivers were diligent and modified the routes.

Enjoyable way to get a feel for city logistics. Audio was somewhat off so not always sure which building they were talking about. Traffic has huge impact on time.

I felt this was a convenient way to get around the city and learn about the historical buildings and landmarks. I rated the tour a 4 but would have given it a 4 and 1/2 if I could. The purpose of dinging it 1/2 of a star is one of the buses. The first bus we got on was clean and looked to be quite new. However the second bus made me think I was on a totally different tour. This bus was very much old, which is not a problem per se, but the leather on the seats was ripped off, some seats had no leather, and the seats looked dirty. Even though it was one of the older buses I felt it could have been kept up inside. We got off at the next stop just to find one of the newer buses to ride on. I couldn’t enjoy the tour while being on the second bus.

The first bus spent much longer at designated stops than usual. Spending as much as 10 minutes. Also, one bus we took from stop 4 went to stop 6 before proceeding to stop 5. No explanation as to why. The employees were helpful and cordial.

Loved how frequent the buses came, 10-15 minutes at every stop. I had my 70 year old mother an my 4 year old daughter. So this worked out perfect for us. We were able to make it through every stop and it was close to the attractions.
