Operating Schedule: You can hop on and off from our Paris Red Route tour from 10 different stops. Buses run every 10-20 minutes. Tune in to our pre-recorded commentary, available in 9 languages via complimentary headphones. Red Route Tour strats from Stop 1 at 09.45am and the last tour from Stop 1 is 17.30pm. Customers are advised to visit our website or download our app to find out more about updated service information. Your River cruise tickets will be provided by a Big Bus agent when boarding on the bus they will then tell you where to board.

Get the 48 hour package if you have time. The first ride around I saw places that I would want to hop off but did not. Once I had the bigger picture I could target my stops better

Big Bus Paris was a great way to see most of the major sights of the city in one relatively short tour. We were able to get our bearings in the city and also found places that had not previously been on our radar. Highly recommend for Paris first time visitors. Bus was clean and comfortable and the narration was very informative.

Customers need to confirm that the information and details of the tour in the website is correct and in-line with the tour guide operator.
The time range given to us in Lauterbrunnen was only 1 hour when the tour info states 2 hours. It is a dioasspoinyting experience.

This is a great tour with lots of good information and stops, however, the lack of communication is ridiculous. We took a tour over two days and on both trips had time wasted with NO communication.
The first day, there was an automated announcement made through the headphones that we were taking a detour and they would let us know when we were back on track. Well… over an hour of circling the same three spots with no stops or opportunity to get off, we never got any additional information or communication from them. No idea what happened, no apologies, just trapped on a circling bus. The driver wouldn’t answer any questions or tell us anything.
The second day, we got trapped outside the Lourve due to some sort of traffic issue where a policeman was only letting pedestrians walk. Again, not the buses fault, we’re in Paris, so we expect traffic. But there was NO communication, no explanation, nothing. Just sitting for 20 minutes stuck at a stop.
Ultimately things happen and when you’re in a big busy city during tourist season, traffic is expected. What frustrated me was the lack of communication around it.

First time in Paris so the Big Bus tour was a must. The tour stopped at or within walking distance to all Paris big attractions; Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Louvre Museum, shopping, Notre Dame Cathedral, Place de la Concorde, etc. This is the perfect way to get around Paris and jump off at the different cafes.

Great experience traveling around Paris on the Big Bus. They have plenty of buses to hop on and off at all of the sites with really no wait time. We got the 24hr pass which was good enough for what we wanted to see but if you want to spend time at all the sites exploring everything and save money on uber, I suggest getting the 48hr pass.

Certain days when there are important events such as the Paris Marathon should be crossed out for availability. There were so many road closures, we couldn't see important sites like the Eiffel tower itself! Plus no onboard commentary. We did not know where we are and what we are looking at. Very poor experience.

It was very informative and included many of the major sites in Paris. However, I do wish there had been more stops along the route, especially for groups traveling with children. The distance between stops was about 30 minutes, which meant you often had to return to your original drop-off point just to get back on the bus. Adding more frequent stops would make the experience much more convenient and family-friendly. Overall, it was still a helpful way to see the city.

We couldn't get on the river cruise using the QR code. It was only for buses. We had to buy additional tickets ourselves. The bus driver and the ticket office scanned our code, but it didn't allow us to get tickets for the river cruise. We'll be forced to file a claim for a partial refund.

This is a great way to see all the sights in Paris. However, they advertise this as a “24 hour pass” but the bus only operates from 9:30-5:30pm. This resulted in us having to pay to use the metro to get back to our hotel because the bus wouldn’t take us back to the stop closest to our hotel.

There was minimal audio on the bus - most of it was unpleasant music. When they did talk about the attractions, it was usually after the bus had passed it. The night cruise on the Seine was very enjoyable.

Good way to see a lot of Paris. We did this on our first day here after a long trip so we didn’t really take full advantage of all it had to offer.
All the staff spoke English (but were tolerant of my very poor French)
Listening to other people on board it is clear that if you do your research there are some amazing things to see.
If you plan in advance and buy queue avoiding tickets (The Louvre, The Arc, The Orsay, Eiffel Tower etc) it can be a fantastic way to get around and see the best of Paris

We took a 48h hop-on-hop-off bus with seine cruise for our Paris trip. It was worth it! Since we only had 2 full days the bus was an efficient ride to see Paris and to go to attractions we want to see. Less hassle and safe than taking the metro. Easy to navigate the app and you can take a quick snap of other attractions you have no time to explore and can hop again on the bus for the next stop. Will definitely do it again when we come back!

Great way to see the whole city and important landmarks. I definitely recommend taking this within the first 2 days of your visit if you’ve never been to Paris. Once you know where the tourist attractions are, you can decide which ones you’d like to see.
This is also an economical way to get around if you have the time, instead of taking the taxi or an Uber.
