Your ticket is valid on the Red Route through Paris, which includes stops at the Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, Champs-Elysées, Palais Garnier, and Musée d’Orsay. The route includes informative audio commentary, available in nine languages, while you see the sights.

Choose a 24- or 48-hour ticket, valid starting the first time you use it, and disembark at any of the stops to explore further on your own. This was the best way to experience all the must see places in Paris! My mother has mobility issues and this was a great way for us to view all the must see places in one day. The busses were convenient, the information in the headphones on the bus was great, the workers were kind and helpful, you could get on & off or stay on the bus for as long as you wanted to. The day we went was perfect weather. I really appreciated the app; you got live updates on the next busses, you could read ahead where you wanted to get on/off the bus.

I recommend checking your ticket details or app for the exact validity period, but in most cases you can board as long as you’re within that window—just head to the designated departure point with your ticket ready. Missed stops

At times stops are missed and drivers take another route - when we spoke w driver they let us off bus to hop on another - that driver also missed a stop ( not ours) and had to reroute to as 8 ppl were trying to get to one stop. Took us an additional 1 hr 20 min !

Very Poor Customer Service

Well the older gentleman I was travelling with developed a bad leg infection and was directed by a doctor to stay off his leg. I had been trying to contact Viator with 3 messages the day before our tour and NO ONE responded. I finally spoke with customer care and they denied the refund. Apparently and this is in their words…. If I could provide additional documentation other than the doctor’s note they could reconsider. Those documents would be Hospital stay, obituary, funeral notice or prayer card. Apparently, you need to be in the hospital or DEAD before you get a refund. Wow!!!!!

If you want to see the sites of Paris without 20,000+ steps, this is a great alternative. They provide earphones so you can listen to timed commentary, but when they go off route because the is an event in Paris, no one gets on a microphone to explain why. Tip: open Google Maps while you are on the bus and find “what is that?” Sites not mentioned in the recorded commentary

Nice option for sightseeing

Hop on Hop off is as usual. Start early to ensure you find a seat you like. Tour guides are mostly helpful explaining where and when to catch the bus for your chosen routes. Very confusing information about where to catch the boat cruise- we had to ask a number of people and were directed back and forth on the pier. The boat cruise was nice and not too crowded (we booked it for 10:30 am). Nice, relaxing way to see many sights.

We didn't have time to do all we wanted to because we got hooked on the Eiffel and found it hard to leave! We did feel like there was a lot of wasted time with a huge gap in between stops nine and ten. Heavy traffic just added to that but of cours, that's not their fault. Lost opportunity for hop on hop offs

I have done this experience in the past and was so happy with the narration and pathway of the tour which would give an overview to the tourist of where to start to explore this wonderful city. Big Bus is a long time...

Big Bus is a long time established company with sites all over the world. Paris was the same. Good your info, convenient hop on/off locations and staff very helpful. There was an unexpected heatwave at our time of travel in May and unfortunately some of the buses did not have air conditioning. Those that did worked amazing and was such a relief between sites to cool off and recover. But those that did not did make it a little harder. But overall great experience and totally worth it because you can get around the city pretty easily and you get a little bit of a break to rest while the bus is taking you to your next location. Would totally do again.

They don’t give you a free river cruise. It’s the entrance the the Arc and you have to climb 284 steps up and then 284 stairs down.

Good and functional

This was a bit challenging because we wanted to sit upstairs for the view, but soon had to move downstairs to the air conditioning because of the 90 degree temps. We changed seats a couple times because not all headphone jacks worked properly. We took the bus around the entire route and it was a good orientation to the city. Go when it opens, tho, because the traffic just gets worse as the day goes on.
