The meeting point is not at the entrance of the Louvre. Meet our team at the Arc du Carrousel. This huge arch features a horse-drawn chariot on top. With your back to the entrance of the Louvre Pyramid, you will spot it across the road, just before the entrance to the Tuileries Garden.

Meet your Louvre guide by the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel, near the entrance to the famous Paris art gallery. Armed with your prebooked Louvre Museum ticket, you’ll then bypass the general sales lines and head inside for your guided tour.
Plug in your audio guide to hear your guide’s commentary clearly as you go, and get the lowdown on the masterpieces that surround you. Hear stories of Ancient Greek as you admire the "Venus de Milano," and browse Renaissance works by Michelangelo and Leonardo da Vinci including the latter's much-lauded "Mona Lisa."
When your tour ends, there’s no need to rush straight out. Your Louvre ticket allows you to linger longer inside, enjoying the art alone.

Tour was designed as an overview of 2 wings and that was done. Guide was friendly but spent too much depth on individual works of art and then raced through other sections later in the tour. Would have appreciated a more consistent approach throughout.

This is a great way to see all the highlights of the museum. Once the 2.5 hour tour is done you are free to stay around and continue to see the museum. Guided tour is great for those who know very little about about art, very informative

What a great introduction to the Louvre! Having a guide for 3 hours is just perfect, and our guide Adrian was outstanding. We felt like we saw enough for one day and look forward to going back again on our own.

the worst ever. cero stars. we got there more than an hour to the meeting time; it was cold but we still stayed there waiting. when it was about time to meet with the group, we starter asking everybody with the description on the contacts. then tried calling but noone picked up. finally, 20 to 15 minutes close to the tour i had a feedback but by email. so, i responded right away with the phone on my hand and they did not respond back. after that we walked to the groups entrance trying to get in touch with ours but none of them where the ones. because we were already there, we had to buy tickets again to get in. and even inside we tried to see if we could find the group and or guides with the description given. worst experience ever, and they don't refund your money. the thing is that they knew since the beginning and just ignored us without even calling back.

First and foremost, I would like to express how sorry I am to hear that you missed your Louvre tour.
The meeting point is written on the voucher confirmation you receive upon booking and we also send multiple reminders with Google Maps link. As well, our guides are well-identified at the meeting point wearing a blue jacket or a flag with the City Wonders logo for easy recognition.
Upon investigation and upon checking our records, we confirm that all tours departed on time these weeks. I understand that this is not the experience you expected, and for that, I sincerely apologize.
We do offer alternative options such as rescheduling for another available date / time.

Overall tour was good and guide Elise was knowledgeable. No fault of the tour but the Museum was extremely busy and we lost people a few times and had to wait for them and the guide then repeated everything for them. Guide definitely knew her history and was happy to share it she Kind and helpful as well.

Claire was fantastic! I thoroughly enjoyed this experience as my first introduction to the Louvre. We enjoyed learning about the history of the museum itself, walking through key turning points in art history, seeing masterpieces, and learning about the unique qualities of some of Claire’s personal favorites. It was a great combination of education, fun, and a personal touch.
Any review I have read here that is not 5 stars seems to be from someone who had an error on their side, or simply does not understand the size of the museum and what is realistically able to be covered in 2.5 hours. I would recommend booking it without hesitation!

We found the tour guide pleasant & knowledgable, but would have preferred more of a Louve overview, with some time at those rare pieces (Mona Lisa, Venus de Milo, etc). We felt like we got more of a history lesson on the art. We would have seen more of the Louvre if he had spent less time on each specific piece of art.

Thanks for an excellent tour! We covered a lot of ground - it was great to see all the key highlights and the route Eric used maximised our time around the most crowded areas (other than Mona Lisa which I expect will always be a crowded area!) we went a bit over 3 hours considering from the meeting point, the tour was good value and very enjoyable as well. Our guide was Helin and she was fantastic! As we were waiting outside for the rest of the group we were a bit overwhelmed at the size of the museum and wondering how we would navigate such a huge place. Helin gleefully met with us and deftly guided us through a 3-plus tour that just flew by. She greatly enhanced the tour with her back stories of the works of art and historical references. She is very Aenthusiastic and was eager to show us more than the usual 3 hours until our feet said it was time to stop. I would highly recommend this tour and if you have the pleasure of having Helin guide you, you are very lucky! I'll definitely be back!
