Our guide at the Louvre was excellent. I’m sorry I’ve forgotten her name, but she was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and patiently throughout the visit. This was a small group tour of just six people, which made the whole experience feel highly personalized — she had time to really engage with each of us and answer every question in depth. She went into wonderful detail about every painting we saw, sharing context and stories that brought each piece to life rather than just rushing past. We honestly didn’t expect visiting the Louvre to be as enjoyable and engaging as it was, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with her. Highly recommend requesting her if possible, especially for a small-group tour like this one.

Great way to see the masterpieces. Marcel was excellent! So smart and helped us really see and understand the art in a beautiful way. If we had more time had suggestions on what to see next. After the tour ticket is good if you want to spend more time. What a treat.

Our guided tour of the Louvre was one of the highlights of our time in Paris! The museum is absolutely incredible and can be overwhelming because there is so much to see, so having a guide made a huge difference. We were able to see the major masterpieces, including the Mona Lisa, Venus de Milo, Winged Victory, and so many beautiful sculptures, paintings, and historic rooms.
Our guide helped bring the artwork and history to life and made it much easier to navigate such a massive museum. I especially appreciated learning the stories behind what we were seeing instead of simply walking from room to room.

If I could rate this 10 stars I would. This ended up being the best part of our trip. Our girls who are age 10 are not into art and were not excited about spending a few hours at the Louvre, however, our guide was so superb that they did not want to leave and end the tour.
Our guide was Paloma, she made the tour phenomenal. She made it fun and really easy to learn and interesting, even including kids and older adults.
Would 100% recommend this if you’re going to the museum with a family

Josef was an amazing guide! Our semi-private tour consisted of two families and six people in total. Josef’s deep love of art and history was apparent and infectious! He asked us which areas of history we wanted to focus on the most, and began the tour from there. We ended at the Monna Lisa. As we were the final tour of the day, we actually ran over our time and just enjoyed each other’s company while looking at great art. I cannot recommend this tour, and Josef in particular, highly enough!

Cristiana was awesome. She booked the tour in Spanish and there were only 2 spots left, so we got lucky. She was very knowledgeable, super nice, great energy and answered all the questions that we had. I liked that she went through the actually history of the louvre and even though I had gone before, I learnt a lot with her. Short walk to bus. Comfortable bus ride to Versailes with guide giving info during the drive. You meet up with a tour guide once you arrive at Versailles. And then you bypass the main line and are able to get right into the palace. Well organized and smooth.

Severine of Babylon tours was an excellent guide, extremely detailed knowledgeable and theatrical in her presentation. She knew the answers to all questions. She engaged the group very well and I would call her an A+++ tour guide. She is obviously a real pro. Very much it was a high point or stay in Paris.

Tour guide is so knowledgeable and you learn so much. Of course you see incredible artwork it's a very memorable experience. The only thing I would suggest is that the company provide a microphone for the tour guide and headset for the yes because sometimes it is hard to hear in the crowded museum. Belen is awesome!

I booked this tour with my daughter and we loved it! Our guide, Christophe, was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to understand. It was busy at the Louvre and he was able to direct us to areas to view the piece and be out of the way. His knowledge of the history and the art was impressive! He kept our group engaged the entire time which is saying something as the age ranges were 10 years old to about 65.

I had a very disappointing experience with this tour company. I arrived at the meeting point just three minutes late, but the tour had already left without me. I understand that schedules are important, but I expected at least a brief attempt to contact me or offer a reasonable solution.
I paid €420 for this tour and received nothing in return. There was no flexibility, refund, or alternative arrangement, which was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
For the price I paid, I expected much better customer service and a more reasonable approach. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling like my money was wasted. I would not recommend this company based on how this situation was handled.

We were happier about the first tour we booked - 10:30 AM and presumably therefore less hot, and 100 euros less than the 2:30 PM replacement tour we had to book at the last minute.
However, none of that was Isadora’s fault, and she was 100% fabulous. Very engaging and enthusiastic, obviously loves being a tour guide, shared lots of art history and political context which added interest and meaning to our tour, shared many interesting pictures, facts and sidebars via her tablet, and handled relevant questions and less relevant side conversations with an easy grace. We truly enjoyed our time with her.
We also really enjoyed the small group format (6 members of the group, plus Isadora). It was easier to hear, it was easier to move around in the rather crowded Louvre Museum, and we all developed a quick and easy comradarie.
All in all a good time, we would do it again (but maybe in the spring or fall!).

Juan R. was so wonderful for our tour of the Louvre! I knew the museum could be overwhelming and booked a tour of the masterpieces. Juan, with his excellent Art History background, answered all of our questions about the artwork, the history of the Louvre, even it's not so great history of acquisitions. We walked 3 miles; Juan was very aware of how fatiguing the tour could be and checked in often, even with a middle schooler joining us. I'll be back and September and will be sure to book for another tour.
