By far the best tour we had on our European adventure for my son’s high school graduation. My son trudged his way through museums and churches until he this tour…Adam our guide was incredible. So incredible that my son said it was not only his favorite tour but that he wished it was longer because he thought Adam was so great. The Louvre would have been so overwhelming but Adam made it a great experience. Learned a lot and had fun doing it. Could not recommend more.

Great tour and friendly guide w lots of good information. BEWARE THOUGH!!! This tour does NOT guarantee Summit access. So, you may pay up front for it but are not guaranteed it if it’s too crowded. We were lucky that we could go to the Summit, but truly only paid extra for the tour because of that.

The tour was ok. We were worried we wouldn’t be able to get tickets day of, so we booked in advance. Tickets were available, so we didn’t need the tour to get tickets but the content was interesting and added to the experience.

Amazing experience!! Our guide was wonderful and gave us a lot of history. I highly recommend going to the summit!

We weren’t sure if we were at the correct spot for our tour, and the tour leader wasn’t there. I think if the tourists need to be 30 minutes early, the tour leader should be there also.

We had a great experience, our tour guide was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Well worth the money.

Fabulous experience and guide! She was informative and fun! Loved the views and getting to visit the top of the tower.

We loved the guided tour, a worth-it tour of the tower, must visit the summit to get full experience.
Our tour guide, Riya, was amazing, along with tower tour she also showed us must see places and experiences around Paris.
We didn’t get the tickets online so booked this tour. However we chose to go in the morning, it was not busy and quick to get on spot tickets as well. But i would suggest a guided tour if this is first time in Paris.

Learned a lot and helped to have a guide but could easily do the entire thing on your own since tickets are purchased right there. We got there early and I would have just went in by myself if I realized the tickets were repurchased. Our guide was very nice and knowledgeable though.

Mina not only told us the history of the tower, she patiently pointed out all the major landmarks on the Paris skyline. She did it all with grace and humor, a great mix of important facts and interesting trivia. I was also impressed that she took special care of an elderly grandpa in our group.

We took the elevator all the way to the top which was cool. It was a bit crowded so we didn’t stay up there too long. You had to wait about 15 minutes to get the elevators going back down. The tour guide was very informative and we learned a lot. She also pointed out a number of the sites from the lower level of the tower. Overall it was a great tour.

Excellent guide. Very knowledgeable. The summit gives a different perception of the city. Worth trying it.

I highly recommend the elevator tour with the summit option. Our tour guide was very informative and personable.

Very small and personable. Guide was knowledgeable. Refunded those with top level access since top was closed

This was a great experience and our tour guide was very knowledgeable. I would do this again! We were not able to go to the top because of weather. We received a partial refund immediately.

The whole experience from signing up to ending at the top of the Eiffel Tower was easy and amazing. Our tour guide Mena was fabulous. She was patient, professional, personable, engaging and full of knowledge. We were her third tour of be day and you would never have guessed it. She was lively and funny. Highly recommend this tour.

Loved going to the summit. Guide gave us all the history, including fun stories you would not read in books!

Eiffel Tower was great. The tour guide, Paris Diva Tours, was far from it. Lovett did not seem to be very interested in being there. She was extremely soft spoken with a very very strong accent making it practically impossible to hear or understand her. Several times she walked so fast that she lost half the group and a fellow tourist had to stay half way back to make sure she did not loose the group. My assumption is Viator subcontracts out “local tour guides” that they match with tourists. My opinion is they should take Paris Diva Tours off their list immediately. I will be asking for a refund. Regarding my experience during the booking process with viator it was a 5 out of 5. This very easily could have been a 5 out 5 experience if it was not for Lovett aka Paris Diva Tours.

Loveth was a fantastic guide with great knowledge. We went to the second floor where the views were magnificent. We had a great time and would highly recommend it.

Not happy with planning . We have to wait in the line close to 1 hr to collect the tickets in hot sun .The reason we went advance booking is tour guide should have tickets ready so that we can proceed to Eiffle tower experience. Due to this long wait, we could not spend time at the Eiffle tower . We hardly spend 10 mins which is not worth we paid for this tour . Due to this delays we missed train back to London from Paris , had to pay extra USD 350 to come back London. And also went through lot of stress due to not planning tour properly .

We loved our tour! She gave us so much information and got us right in and up to the summit. She also took pictures of all of us! Went above and beyond!
Muguru_C, May 2026
Great tour guide. She was very knowledgeable, patient and gave a wonderful insight into the history of the Eiffel tower and so o.

Our guide was very informative and so entertaining. She knew her stuff and we all took away fun facts.

Should of read the reviews. We did not get to visit the top of the tower as advertised due to overcrowding they stopped selling tickets. You would think buying a ticket to the summit you'd actually get what you paid for, but no. This company just queues up with everyone else to buy tickets on the the day. The info says you aren't guaranteed to get to the summit but coming from the UK this reads as operational issues, e.g. the Blackpool tower lifts don't operate in high winds, not because they don't actually have tickets. Everyone in our group were surprised to hear this and did not know we weren't guaranteed to go to the summit. There seemed to be another entrance groups were fast tracking through and as we queued we realised what a mistake we'd made and wished we'd just queued up ourselves earlier in the day. Not great at all and the guide might as well as not been there as she stood at the front of our group in the queue and couldn't hear a thing. This was a special 40th birthday trip for my husband and I was gutted as we can't afford to come back to Paris, and had other activities the other days we were on Paris. People need to know to.avoid this company, unless they just want access but you'd be better queuing yourself and saving money. Even of it says sold out online you can still queue for tickets on the day. I've also had no reply to my complaint via email.

The provider canceled my trip last minute and mentioned its technical issue at the Eiffel Tower.
It was very frustrating . After talking back and forth with Viator and provider, I gave up.
Not a pleasant experience at all.

Very Disappointing Tour Experience
We had a very disappointing experience with this Eiffel Tower tour, specifically with our tour guide, Rita.
It is true that we entered without waiting in line, but that day there were absolutely no lines at all, so the “skip-the-line” benefit was meaningless and felt misleading.
What bothered us the most was the complete lack of information. We repeatedly asked Rita about the history of the Eiffel Tower, and each time she told us she would explain it once we went up. When we reached the second floor, we asked again — and she never gave us any historical information at all.
She seemed much more focused on rushing us to the top floor rather than actually guiding the tour. After that, she barely spoke to us and did not engage with the group in any meaningful way.
To make matters worse, friends of ours took the exact same tour on the same day but with a different guide, and they received a full explanation of the history of the Eiffel Tower and a much richer experience. Their tour lasted about 1.5 hours, while ours was only about 30 minutes total — from entering, going up, and coming back down.
We felt extremely rushed, ignored, and disappointed. My entire family left feeling let down by what was supposed to be a guided tour. We did not get the experience we paid for and would not recommend this tour with this guide.

The experience was unfortunately not the best, though mostly because of the very cold temperature and long lines. The guide was nice, but neither she nor the company gave us a clue that the line would take almost 2 hours, which made us miss our dinner reservation on our one night in Paris. I had timed it so that we would be on the Tower at sunset, but we didn't make it up until well after sundown. Had we been informed of the situation, we would have opted out of the trip up the elevator altogether. The guide did her best to keep us organized and gave a nice history lesson while in line, but the overall experience was a waste of time and money. Please be clear that this tour DOES NOT get you to the front of the line. Other tours were waiting a fraction of the time in a much shorter line and were up and gone way before our group.

The experience was nice but I felt it was lacking a lot. Overall pleased I was able to see the Eiffel Tower but did not enjoy the tour very much.
linda, Jan 2026
There is no benefit to paying the extra money. The tour guide basically left the group on their own. On the second floor did not show the Louvre, Arc de Triumph or anything. Wal knowledgable on the history of the tower.
Jessica_G, Jan 2026
Was good to learn about the history of the Eiffel Tower however tour could have been presented more professionally. We ended up separating while going up and then it was like the tour was over. Also didn’t get to go to the summit.
Jamie_J, Jan 2026
We had to wait forever for the Tor to get started. Because it was such a large group and there was so much talking from our host, by the time the tickets were bought, we could no longer visit the Summitt of the Eiffel Tower. The summit was the only reason we did the tour. It took over three hours. Seems like a waste of time. This was very expensive compared to the cost of an actual ticket to go up to the summit. We also didn’t get to skip the line. This was incredibly expensive for nothing.
