By far the best tour we had on our European adventure for my son’s high school graduation. My son trudged his way through museums and churches until he this tour…Adam our guide was incredible. So incredible that my son said it was not only his favorite tour but that he wished it was longer because he thought Adam was so great. The Louvre would have been so overwhelming but Adam made it a great experience. Learned a lot and had fun doing it. Could not recommend more.

one of the best experience we have had in life. Paris was great and the Eiffel tower was great and we had so much fun looking over Paris from this tower. A must due, while in Paris.
Good historical information about the tower and who built it, how long it took, and other interesting facts.
Gabby was our tour guide, and with the exception of a little trouble rounding up the group, she did a magnificent job. Her knowledge of the tower, and her preparation with old photos and historical anecdotes about the construction, maintenance and history of the tower. The tower itself is worth the visit, but Gabby helped make it a little. more special.
The guide was prompt and provided useful information about the security and about the tower. Was pleasant experience getting through to the second observation deck. Would highly recommend in the future. Cut all the wait.
Definitely worth booking a tour with a guide. We learned so much. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and very kind.
Don’t buy it…couldn’t hear..no ear buds to help with volume and language. Poor presentation…just reciting memorized script.
Did not take advantage of setting sun and rising moon..talked through sunset..

Our tour guide I believe her name was Archy was very knowledgeable & you can tell she has a passion for Paris, I enjoyed her quizzes to keep us interactive
I was late on the metro so my original tour left but they accommodated us with this nice person for our small group, would highly recommend
Mina our guide was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this tour. She walked us right in and got us right up into the tower. She was exceptionally in knowledgeable
The meeting point was a bit haphazard. Earphones would have helped because we couldn’t hear the guide most of the time. Also the guide seemed pretty disengaged. We would choose another tour if we’re to do it again.

We stood in line just like people coming off the street so did not understand the benefit of the tour guide purchasing the tickets. If fact we could have done that ourselves. It was very hot, sun was blazing and the line was about 45 minutes which I believe is pretty quick. There was no “skip the line”process”; while the history of the Eiffel Tower was interesting it was not always audible as a portion of the group would have to move up in the line and could not hear or see the pictures from the iPad. The information could have been condensed. Viator should be transparent with regards to the “Summit”- if for some reason the Summit option is full or unavailable on the day you have booked and paid for the partner agent will look to refund that portion or provide you with an alternate date.
You are NOT guaranteed summit access as stated. The provider pointed this out at the start of the tour which is misleading/ false advertising from the listing. Pointed that out and guide for defensive turning to THEIR site which states it. Dismissed the Viator listing saying it doesn’t matter it’s about their site. Well when you book it didn’t say who the provider was to even look at their site. This needs changed/ updated in the listing with Viator to align with what the actual tour guide vendor is selling/ guaranteeing. Be careful when booking this tour and if you are actually guaranteed summit access. Thankfully once we got an hour in to the tour and got the actual tickets, the top was open and we did get to go but was not until that point that we knew for sure.
Paris diva was amazing she was sweet she was informative she was promptly on time and very helpful and very inclusive with the group she showed us the summit and then the second floor but everything she said was so informative in Educational period definitely would recommend her
This tour takes you to the top for an excellent view. Our guide was very knowledgeable, and provided historical information throughout.
Excellent tour guide who gave us an interesting discussion of the history of the Tower. She also kept our group well organized especially when going up the base elevator had mechanical issues and we had to move to another base elevator.
It really enriched the experience of the Louvre. The guide was so knowledgeable and engaging!! We learned so much about the art of that period. Getting through lines and crowds easier was also a bonus.
We enjoyed this tour. Rita was pleasant and funny, maybe a bit long at each stop. Definitely go to the top. Beautiful sunset!
We had a wonderful experience taking this Eiffel Tower tour! The tour company gave specific instructions as to where to meet & our guide, Rita, was amazing. She was so knowledgeable, willing to answer all questions & very entertaining! The view from the top was incredible! We definitely would recommend taking this tour!!
the young guide was very pleasant and knowledgeable . She started by letting us know what to expect from the tour and by telling us that she was only with us for 1 1/2 hours then we were on our own.
We were all fine with this. But my friend and I thought perhaps naively that because we were part of a tour that we wouldn't have to join a queue along with the guide to get our tickets. This took up around 35 minutes. It was very difficult for her to keep interacting with all of the group whilst trying to move along in the queue. Therefore it was difficult to hear everything she said.
We enjoyed the experience but felt we could have managed a bit better on our own with headphone commentary
Great experience - so cool to be able to go up to the summit with our guide Ruth who went above and beyond and looked after us very well. She explained things very thoroughly and with a sense of humor. A magic experience.

The tour was informative, organized, and well worth it. We didn't have to worry about tickets, waiting in line, etc. It was a very smooth process. I'd highly recommend it.
We were thrilled to see this spectacular piece of art. We went to the second floor and oh my, what a view!
Finding our tour guide was not easy - not sure if she was late or just not holding up her small sign so we could see it. She seemed disinterested in interacting with the group until we were actually in the Eiffel Tower. While she shared a lot of information, the photos she had to share were in wrinkled sleeves. The views from the 2nd platform were amazing but the tour itself was a disappointment.
Tour guide did an excellent job. It was very to hear though. Should have talked more when it was quiet.
Guides should be given a microphone and participants should be given whisper sets with headphones. There is too much going on around you in the lines and on the different floors to try to listen to a guide give the history of the Eiffel Tower in a normal unmodulated voice.
Our guide was engaging and informative however the sheer amount of facts and information was a bit too much. The group was larger than I hoped for and since it was a windy evening it was difficult to hear everything she said.
This was a awesome tour of the eiffel tower.
Our tour guide Melia shared valuable information on the eiffel tower and the city of Paris. I would highly recommend. The entire tour was in English.
The summit was closed when we arrived at the Eiffel Tower, but reopened about 10 minutes later and our tour guide refused to do anything to help get us to the summit. Our group traveled from across the world to go to the summit of the Eiffel Tower and she did nothing to help. We all had to end up going back downstairs and purchasing Summit tickets and paying twice to go up to the top.
Our guide was knowledge, friendly and flexible. We could not skip the line but she guided us right in. Would recommend.
