What are people saying about Paris

An absolute highlight of our trip to Paris!!
Taking a walking tour with Noah, our guide was the best decision we made. He has a true gift for storytelling and kept the entire group entertained while walking through iconic spots like Montmartre, the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, and more. Beyond the history and architecture, he took the time to show us the ropes with the Metro and gave us the confidence to explore the city on our own. Ask for Noah—you won't regret it!

Beautiful way to see historic Champagne region!
This tour was EXCELLENT! The pickup at our hotel (7:30 am!) was SOOO appreciated! The drive to the region was 1.5 hrs, so a bit long, but we had a little croissant treat for the drive and the scenery once out of the city was beautiful and interesting. The selection of champagne houses we visited was perfect, starting with one very large commercial operation, followed by a delicious lunch (with champagne) at a tiny business in a medieval city and one final small house for a few more glasses of bubbly. It was well-worth the little splurge to be in a small group (full van with a total of 8 tourists) rather than a larger bus-type trip. Cedric was knowledgeable about the region and wines in general, and kept us engaged and entertained. for future tourists, plan with layers, especially if you go in the fall - it was overcast and chilly, especially at the first winery and rather long tour of the cold cellar area. Comfy shoes are a good idea in general, but the cobblestones and cement and uneven terrain are absolutely not meant for heels of any kind. The van held 9 people in total, including the driver, so the van was a bit tight with 3 in each row. If I had one critique, that would be it. I’d have preferred a bit more room on a 90-minute trip each way. Just plan to be sitting upright and being close with your seat mate. If the choice is a very expensive private ride or a larger trip on a bus, this is definitely the better option for us. Also had zero interest in driving ourselves and after being in the area and driving around, this was confirmed! Roads in the beautiful medieval villages are barely big enough for the van, and I’d imagine would be missed on a larger trip. Overall a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

Transportation to and from one of the most beautiful places on earth
This is NOT an educational tour. If you’re expecting the tour guide to give you historical facts - you would be mistaken. The “tour is simply the transportation there and the tickets for a timed entrance. This is also a very long day - but worth it. One of the most beautiful places in the world. The bus ride to and from you will be stopping about 2 hours in for a good 30 - 40 minutes because there are no bathrooms on the bus (just seems to drag out) If you get back at the right time you will see the Eiffel Tower lit and sparkle!

Maja was an amazing tour...
Maja was an amazing tour guide. Our "little blonde" was a wealth of knowledge throughout the entire day. This trip was well worth it and I learned so much. The lunch provided was good and well organized. I would highly recommend this trip for a great overview of Normandy.

While it's tempting to spend your entire French vacation in Paris, the city is located within commuting distance of so many major highlights and landmarks that it's worth venturing beyond city limits. Your options for Paris day trips can be customized to fit your interests: History buffs can venture to the World War II landmarks of Normandy; architecture fans can visit the many grand châteaux surrounding the city; and wine lovers have some of the world's most celebrated vineyards within reach.
