The Ghost walk leader was soft spoken, had no microphone, very nice but not engaging or very entertaining. A bit painful to sit thru. I was really looking forward to it but was pretty disappointed.

Tour operator never showed up and viator could not get a hold of them refused to give me a refund and then hung up on me.
