No guide arrived and no contact from Viator. Had an email the night before to confirm trip. Very, very disappointed with this. Had to contact them direct. No apologies were made and told to contact the main company. Very poor service. All future tours have been cancelled

Dear Customer, we are very sorry for the bad experience, but as we explained on the phone, when we called you, the reservation was canceled by mistake, due to a temporary problem with the tour management platform that we use in the office. I invite you to read all the other reviews, and you can see that all the customers are happy with our services. We offered you to move the tour to another day, but you could not do it.
