I booked trip online and they gave me the confirmation and meeting point at 8am. I went to the meeting point around 7:45am. Until 8:20am no one showed up to meet me there. I ended up go on the app and talked to Viator’s customer service. They told me they had communication problem which the ordered didn’t send to their management. They told me they will refund the charge I paid in a few days. They just said sorry but not gave me any compensation about the trip cancelled because their mistake. On the order, this is non refund trip if I cancelled, but they can cancelled if they want? It’s not fair for me to stay more than 30 minutes and ended up nothing to enjoy my trip? I think they should give me a free trip credit for future use.

What a day! We were very lucky to have TItti as our guide and she was amazing !!
Communication was great from the start and the company as a whole worked together, as myself and group were 5 mins late by accident and both titti and office and called me, this was reassuring to know that they had a duty of care to make sure we was ok.

The day was great to the ferry, the tour bus, we did a chair lift in anacapri, boat ride in Capri before returning back to Naples.
I hope when you book you are lucky enough to get titti. She was funny, energetic, knowledgeable, friendly, she had such a nice warm vibe and she made the your amazing.

It was a great tour and our tour guide. Daniela was wonderful. We were even able to book a boat ride at a cheaper price during the tour and it was wonderful. I would definitely do it again.

Well organized and thorough, enjoyable experience with an enthusiastic guide. All went as planned. Optional boat tour was well worth the added expense. Best enjoyed by couples or friends looking to get brief overviews of Capri rather than a family.

Unfortunately, the tour was cancelled by the supplier since not enough people registered. But Viator handled the refund process efficiently so that was a plus.

Unfortunately, as stated on the experience page, this tour requires a minimum number of participants in order to operate. On the scheduled date, the minimum number was not reached and the tour therefore had to be cancelled in accordance with our policy.
As soon as we were informed, our team assisted you and proceeded with the cancellation and refund request through Viator to ensure the process was handled as smoothly as possible.

Giovanni our guide is very informative in his explanation and knowledgable in multiple languages. He is also able to give recommendation for things to do beyond the ones included in the program.

The tour was organized well
Our guide was very nice. The issues was that in February everything was closed. The tour company should have discontinued this tour for the month of February in my opinion. We just walked around a town that was closed. The views were beautiful. The tour guide gave little information. We did have transport from one town to the next and saw a small pretty garden.

Unfortunately, it was raining and we didn’t get to experience all of what Anacapri and Capri had to offer. I really wish we could have gone on the chairlift in Anacapri but the weather did not allow it.
I think having the tour guide and the company arrange the ferry ride, bus, and garden tickets on the island was very nice and convenient, but our tour guide really only guided us for maybe 1 hour out of the whole day. There was a lot of “free time” to go walk around unguided which I was not expecting.
One thing I realized throughout the day was we could have done the day trip for WAY less if we bought the tickets for the ferry and the island transport ourselves. You can definitely do this on a budget, but it was convenient to not have to worry about getting the right ferry tickets

Great to see the Ana Capri and Capri, however we felt that we spent too much time in heavy shopping areas and not enough time exploring the sights, for the price we paid the small admission fees for the little museum and even the chair lift could have been included rather than leaving us to just wonder around the retail area.

Gabriel Casavega is the best! He is very entertaining but gives instructions very clearly. The tour was kinda tiring for us seniors but we enjoyed it just the same especially the chairlift in Anacapri, which Gabriel told us literally meant "top of the island. The view was amazing!

Our guide Gabriel Casavega was the BEST Guide ever! We had a wonderful day exploring the island of Capri with a smaller group. Gabriel made the most of our time on the island from the beginning to the end. His strategy & recommendations on where to sit on the ferry to get ahead of all other tourist put us on busses and in the front of lines to reduce time waiting in line and maximize our time enjoying the beautiful sights!! I would highly recommend this excursion, such a beautiful place! Be sure to do the tram up to the top for excellent views (extra cost) as well as the boat tour around the island (extra cost). Gabriel was great with communication from pre-pickup to the finish. He had a lot of connections that would help us to get on buses first etc. he was always available to answer questions as well as make recommendations for where to eta, shop, etc. Highly recommend this trip!!

Such a great way to see the beautiful island of Capri. Sandra was a great guide and kept good track of our group. The meeting point was a little hard to find so be sure to exit the terminal area and ask other guides. They will point you in the right direction. Also be sure to take the add on one hour island boat tour. The grottos were amazing!

From start to finish, this was an unforgettable experience. Daniel and Giuseppe were absolutely fantastic guides—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly warm. They brought the beauty and history of Capri to life with their engaging stories and insider insights.
The tour was well-organized and perfectly paced. We got to see all the highlights, including the breathtaking views from Anacapri, the iconic Faraglioni rocks, and the charming streets of Capri town. Daniel and Giuseppe also took us to some hidden gems that we never would have found on our own.
Their passion for the island was contagious, and they made sure every guest felt comfortable and included. It truly felt like touring with friends who knew all the best spots.

This was a great experience to experience the best of what Capri has to offer in a day. The instructions for pick up were clear and it was easy to find the tour guide at the port. Our guide gave great recommendations, but it is up to you to decide what to do with your free time. The biggest benefit of this tour is it takes the hassle out of coordination transportation to, on, and from the island. Be wary though - this is a full day event and goes past the approximate 8 hrs. We started at 8:00 AM and did not return to Naples until 5:30 PM (9.5 hrs total).

While the tour itself was fine, the logistics were terrible. The afternoon before our tour we were informed the bus would pick up up over an hour earlier than was communicated; no easy with kids.
Then we sat at the ferry terminal for almost that hour.
The tour was overcrowded and we didn’t all fit on the bus assigned on the island so some had to sit way too many to a seat.
Lastly the restaurant recommended by our guide charged us a €2 fee labeled on our bill their name which we assume was a direct kickback.

As per company policy, the pick-up time and location are confirmed upon booking on the Viator dashboard. We regret that you did not see this, as it was also reconfirmed the day before to ensure everything was clear.
Regarding the buses for transfers on the island, unfortunately, we are unable to provide our own service as these are managed locally. Due to high demand, especially in summer, we cannot predict the crowd levels or potential waiting times.

Excellent experience our guide titi was informative through out the entire trip. We were on a celebrity cruise and met them at the location stated. Took a ferry to Capri with a group. Capri and anacapri was amazing. There is so much to do. Don’t miss the garden and the lift to the top. The restaurant at the top has amazing drinks!!! Overall happy 5 stars.
