Crab Island was fun but is closing. Our trip started at 9 am. Some kayakers got out in front or us. Then we were overrun by about 50 kids who storm the small island around 10 am. We still found teeth but it was crowded.

Wonderful few hours on unpopulated beach searching for fossils! Bring water, snacks, suntan lotion and bug spray!! No potties on the island!! Beautiful, serene experience. Captain Jim, great guy, accommodating.
