Our shop is located in the back of the parking lot. We have plenty of parking and there is a restroom located inside of our service center/shop. The Ebikes will be all set up for you and we will do a quick demonstration of operation before we start the tour.

We had a great experience with Charleston Shores. Austin was a great tour guide. Unfortunately our tour got rained out and we had to stop half way through. The company was nice enough to reach out and off a re-do or a partial refund. Great Customer service. When I get back to Charleston I will definitely do this tour again. Thank you!!!

The tour guide was a bit crass with his comments about the exorbitant home values of the village, and while we had a choice between a waterfront/beach scenic tour vs the village tour, we frankly did not appreciate having to ride in traffic. Also, we found his comments about “having to work for tips” very inappropriate.

Old Village is an extremely affluent area, and our guides sometimes touch on home values and the reality that many local service workers are increasingly stretched to afford living nearby. That context is meant to be informative, though we’ll work to make sure it’s delivered more thoughtfully.
Traffic in that area is typically quite light, but it can vary by time of day. We appreciate you sharing this and will use it to improve the experience.

We booked the Charleston Shores tour on Sat, but they took the same route as the Outer Banks tour that we took the day before. Would prefer a tour with less talking and more biking

We are 60 ys old, a bit out of shape, and still had a great time. My wife had some issues with starting each ride but she loved it.

Overall, we had a nice time, but for the price, we felt a few things could have been improved:
1. Tour Guide Pace: The tour guide's pace was too fast for our group. We were frequently trying to keep up, which made the experience less enjoyable. While a brisk pace can be fun, it’s not ideal when you're trying to take in the views and enjoy the tour.
2. Tour Content: The tour didn’t feel comprehensive. We visited a few places and heard some information, but those at the back of the line missed out on some info while biking. Providing background information before each stop would be beneficial.
3. Biking vs. Stops: We would have appreciated more biking time for a bike tour and less time at the pharmacy.

We had done this bike tour a couple years back with a smaller group and it was great. This year there were 15 people on the tour, including a bachelorette party. There was only one guide and she was spread way too thin. When we left the bike shop location to begin our tour one of the women had her bike breakdown. We had to wait while they brought out a new bike for her. The bike my wife had appeared to older and the right handlebar grip was damaged. The locations we went to were good, with the ride on the beach being the best part.

What an amazing day and adventure with Rebellion Roads! Not only was the weather perfect, but our guide was also entertaining, funny, knowledgeable, safe, and adventurous! We had such a great ride after a brief tutorial and demonstration on the bikes, we helmeted up and all left the home base for our 2.5 hr amazing tour of Mount Pleasant. Ben kept the group safe, entertained, informed, and excited to keep riding and exploring. It was a great e-bike tour with Ben and our group. We all felt like family after such an incredible ride and tour. I highly highly recommend Rebellion Road E-Bike tours and adventures and Ben and his team!

What an adventure! I've never ridden an e-bike before, but learning to handle it was quite easy. Our tour guide, Nick, was very sweet and checked on us quite a bit since my son (12) was the only child on the tour. Beautiful sights, great stories about Charleston and many great ideas on where to go in the future. It was such a wonderul experience, we're wondering why we didn't do this last year while in town.

What FUN!!! Don’t hesitate to do this tour, the bikes are fun and so easy to use. Ben was our guide and did such a great job giving us local history, keeping us safe and sharing during the tour for those interested, locations of shooting for Outer Banks and the Notebook.

My friend and I were the only two in the tour which was nice. The tour guide moved along very quickly, not much time at each stop. It was nice going through the different neighborhoods and then riding along the beach. I would not be brave enough to ride around without a guide, this was a very nice tour!

My son and I had a great time on the E-bike tour! Rubin was awesome, he provided information about the locations and history and was also very patient with both of us as it was our first time riding E-bikes. I would definitely recommend giving it a try and would do it again in the future!

What a fantastic tour! Ruben took my husband and I on a 2+ hour tour of Mt. Pleasant, Pitt Street downtown area, Shem Creek, and the highlight of the trip - biking along the beach on Sullivan's Island. This is a fantastic tour and easy (even though we covered 17+ miles!) because of the e-bike. I'd highly recommend this tour.

The E-bike tour was amazing. My daughter and sister loved this experience. We were down celebrating my mom's and daughter's birthdays. What an experience. I felt like a movie star riding on the beach. This is one experience I would definitely do again. Weather perfect slight over cast with a breeze.

I cannot even express how awesome this excursion was. The owner, Ty, went above and beyond! We all agreed out of our 4 days in Charleston, this bike tour was the best thing we did. We covered so much ground and had the best afternoon ever!! Totally worth taking a Uber to the area to do the coastal route. Bikes easy to use…I’m a female in my 60’s!!

Our guide Austin was very pleasant and conscientious making sure our bike tour was safe and took us to some scenic paths along the waterways. It was impressive to see an aircraft carrier up close and other local marinas, boardwalks and restaurants. He was a good communicator and was well informed and a very polite young man. We would highly recommend this tour.
