Such a fun experience! I think it’s truly the best way to explore the city and coast. I had never used an e-bike before, but the staff explained it really well and answered all my questions. Even swapping out my bike for a shorter one so I’d feel more comfortable. Seriously 10/10 staff! Thank you! The bikes and helmets were in like brand new condition as well, I felt very secure.

This is the best! We were an hour late due to a flight delay and they were so nice and understanding. The bikes were perfect (make sure to put your height) it was all set! They have gloves, layers to wear, and helmets. The bikes were perfect. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to get a car or bike for the 17 mile route and a car would have limited us to so many stops. We were able to stop in areas cars can’t. We didn’t do the guided tour because of our personal time limitations. We got to see golfers golf off pebble beach, sea lions, lots of birds, and lots of deer. The best, best best

Nice views. E Bikes are excellent quality and enough charge to use as much as and go as far as you want. The scenic views are beautiful but the city could prepare the roads to be a little more bike friendly

Great fun. Wonderful coastline along the 17 mile drive. Only issue is that bikes dont seem to be well maintained. One had a battery that was only half charged at the start. The other had a faulty throttle. The shop suggested pushing the wires in since they come lose, which worked some of the time, but ended up having to pedal up hills. The shop staff were friendly and helpful. They said they would offer a discount, but this was prepaid through viator, so not sure if that will happen.

Our family had a wonderful bike ride along the 17 mile drive. The staff at Big Sur were friendly, informative and helpful. They really came through when one of the bikes had a flat tire and they quickly came out and exchange the bike for a new one. This was our most fun experience of the entire weekend!

These bikes are in great shape and this is a fantastic way to see this beautiful stretch of road. 4 hours is enough time to get out, walk the beaches, and stop for lunch. Highly recommended!
