Well planned. The team did a great job explaining the sites. Their language skills were excellent. It was a wonderful excursion and able to get out of the city (Madrid) to see some of the country side in a comfortable (well air conditioned) bus. Would highly recommend.

Love it! Well organized. Excellent guides. Both Ramiro at Toledo and a Alvarado at Segovia were amazing. We took the tours in Spanish. The guides were knowledgeable and warm. Highly recommended, you will not regret it. The cities are rich, this tour provides a comfortable paced tour of the cities.

It’s a great deal to explore 2 beautiful cities in one day. We were torn between doing a 3 city tour with no free time or 2 cities with free time. I’m glad we went with the latter. Angie was very knowledgeable and friendly. She took the time to make sure everyone was together before leaving any area and she was super friendly. We enjoyed the whole day, definitely a great experience

Wonderful Tour

Angie was very patient and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the tour tremendously. Segovia and Toledo are quite charming and beautiful cities to see and explore.

Toledo part of tour was disappointing.

M_G, May 2026
The Segovia part was fine. The Toledo part of this tour was completely disappointing. We were basically given some brief history, and the tour ended in front of the cathedral. We were not taken nor instructed about seeing the Monasterio de San Juan de los Reyes or Puente de San Martín, the scenic bridge view. We did enjoy seeing the artisans making the swords. Considering the amount of money spent on this tour, I would not recommend unless charges are made.

Outstanding Tour Guide

Lisa_K, May 2026
Took this tour a year ago which d9es show why the tourguide continues to ask for reviews as we come back and forget but I am finally reviewing. Our tour guide was friendly, professiinal and very knowledgeable about the areas we visited. The tour itself was filled with places to see and lots of wonderful photo opportunities and vies but not enough time to eat vs seeing things. I grabbed something in the go.

Visited Segovia and Toledo. Because the cities are relatively far from Madrid as well as from one another, we spent more time on the bus than we did in either place.

Excellent!

Ramiro was amazing, we had such a good time! Gave us a great recommendation for lunch in Segovia, and made sure we had time to enjoy it. Thank you so much!!

Historic day out

It is a long day in the bus as there are a lot of miles to cover but it is well worth it. 2 great venues

Okay

Reggie_Y, Mar 2026
We visited Segovia and Toledo, and the destinations themselves were absolutely amazing—full of history, beautiful architecture, and stunning views. Both cities are definitely worth seeing. However, the tour experience could have been much better. It seemed like it was the guide’s first day, and while we understand everyone has to start somewhere, the delivery felt very robotic and hard to follow. It actually gave me a headache, and I ended up not using the headphones for most of the tour. By the time we reached the second destination, we decided to explore on our own, which honestly made the experience much more enjoyable. The stop at the sword factory felt like a tourist trap. We were expected to listen to sales pitches, but weren’t even allowed to use the restroom unless we stayed for the presentation, which was frustrating. To add to that, the bus was also late on the way back. Overall, Segovia and Toledo are incredible and worth visiting, but I would recommend either doing a self-guided trip or choosing a different tour for a better experience.

Long day, worth the trip, very structured and fast to see both cities. Always greatful to experience the areas. And very nice to learn about the history of Spain. Thanks, Alejandro the guide for keeping up to speed.

A beautiful day in Segovia and Toledo

mariannadaddone, Mar 2026
This is a long day, but worth the time. Our guide, Romero, was knowledgeable and very helpful. We were able to see the highlights of Segovia and Toledo.

Terrible tour planning for Toledo tour

Yunhua_H, Feb 2026
Segovia tour was great. But Toledo portion is disaster. They gave us too much time in the town. They asked us to meet the bus stop at 7:10pm. But bus didn’t come until 7:25pm. Sunset is 7:00pm. If we got on bus at 6:30pm, we would have a fantastic sunset panoramic tour of beautiful Toledo. We missed the great view due to terrible planning by The Yellow Tour company. They don’t need 12 hours. This day tour just needs 11 hours at most if they plan well.

Angie. Tour guide

Was interested in Toledo, but the stop in Segovia was the highlight of the trip. Driver's and ask the guides from Yellow Tours were great

Do it!

We loved Segovia!...

Julie_L, Jan 2026
We loved Segovia! Beautiful interesting city that had many historic sights to see. You could see the mountains on the drive to the city. Toledo was also very interesting to visit, well worth the day trip to both!

Segovia and Toledo tour duration is perfect. Segovia aqueduct is amazing. It maybe hard for older people due to the long walk. Our guide Angy and Maria are very knowledgeable.

Segovia/Toledo highlights

Molly_M, Nov 2025
We had a wonderful full-day tour of Segovia and Toledo—long but absolutely worth it, even with the rainy weather. In Segovia, we had plenty of free time to explore the magnificent Aqueduct, wander the charming streets, and enjoy a delicious lunch at Il Bernardino, where we tried the local soup, cochinillo, dessert, and wine recommended by our guide. We loved learning about the history of the Aqueduct and visiting the Alcázar fortress, which was truly a must-see highlight of the day. In Toledo, although the rain was persistent, we forged ahead with umbrellas and still enjoyed our walking tour through the beautiful old city. We visited the Cathedral and even sampled the region’s famous Manchego cheese at a local bar recommended by our guide. Overall, a memorable and very enjoyable tour.

Amazing monument and History. The guides Alejandro and Angie were top and very friendly. Would definitely go again

Really good. Worthy.

Barbara_V, Nov 2025
It's a good way to see both places if you don't have much time. But these two places will make you want to stay in them for at least one night to see them fully and with time. The guides are amazing: Alejandro y Álvaro en Segovia from The Yellow Tour or Big Bus. Very helpful, nice, knowledgeable, willing to help and inform. Amazing people. 100% Recommended!

Great learning experience for all

Steven_M, Nov 2025
We had a great time learning about both cities! Ramiro was our guide in Segovia and Eros our guide in Toledo. Both were very knowledgeable and passionate about each respective city. My only suggestion would be factoring in a little more free time in each city as it felt rushed (this is me saying I wanted to shop more 🤣).

Long day trip

Dianne_G, Oct 2025
Large group travel on advertised air-conditioned bus but the bus was overly warm. Segovia was great but felt not enough time allowed there. Arancha (Maria) was the local guide here and she was excellent with good language skills. Toledo was also a great place to visit. I would recommend visiting the cathedral as it was spectacular. Ophelia was our overall guide for the day but she spoke rapidly and her English language was hard to understand. The return trip was delayed by 30 minutes as the bus was late. The new bus was very cramped and uncomfortable. I would recommend visiting Segovia and Toledo on separate trips.

There were plenty of beautiful views with an explantation of the history of each area, including the Jewish, Islamic, and Christian involvements.

Rush and long hours

KNE_L, Oct 2025
We didn't aspect such large crowd and the tour mixed with Spanish and English speaking crowd. Ended up they will have to explained in both the languages and as a result the explanations are so confusing. This tour is too rush, we never have enough time to take lunch or dinner and even taking pictures. Furtherance I personally think this tour duration is too long, it is from 9am to 8.30 pm. I remember they don't even allow one of the tourist to go restroom during the journey from Segovia to Toledo. Upon arrival at Toledo, we are only allowed to go restroom after visited and listened to the swords making factory.
