Tour started 1/2 hour late. Audio connection with guide was poor and he could not be heard most of the time. Tour was advertised as 5 hour duration but took close to9 hours. Sat around at end of guided tour for 2 1/2 hours.
Despite the above, Toledo is awesome.

The city was absolutely beautiful. It rained all day but it was still lovely. The day could have been better if we were given adequate bathroom breaks. We only got two breaks all day and not enough time for lunch. We only had 35 mins for lunch and by the time we walked around to find food it was not enough time to eat so we ate nothing for lunch. We also did not get enough information about the city. Our receivers did not work well so my son stopped wearing his. It was an exhausting day and we had minimal breaks so it was rather disappointing. However, our guide was nice but didn’t know what to do in the rain. She let us stand outside in the pouring rain while she tried to be refunded for people who didn’t show but she previously purchased tickets for. It was a long rainy day that could have been better if it was more organized. It was very pricey and the tour was not well executed.

Beautiful city with lots of history! Nice tour all around but what really made the difference was the guide, Arantza, who was great: very professional but at the same time personal, made the tour interactive and enjoyable!

When I booked it I somehow did not book the cathedral tour. That mix up was very disappointing. Paid for it on the bus 40 Euros but the app should have taken care of it. Should automatically be included.

Our tour guide was kind and considerate but also stood on business. She made sure we were staying hydrated and in the shade as much as possible. She also would tell anyone that tried to cut us in line that they need to join the back of the line. She recognized pick pockets and made sure we did not fall for their tricks. Exactly why a guide is better than a self guided trip in this case.
I was the only person doing the half day tour while there were 4 other people doing the full day. The company did not inform me that my tour was being combined with the full day. I learned about this right before I got on the bus as my guide was giving me a bunch of info, almost missed the part where she said the trip ends at 5. Luckily, I did not have any activities planned for the second half of the day. I would just have liked some communication from the tour company ahead of time.

We loved our tour. Our tour guide was excellent, funny and extra knowledgeable. Toledo was beautiful. The only disappointment was the synagogue, there weren’t any representations of anything Jewish remaining.

The city of Toledo was wonderful, yet the organization of 50+ people to get there need to be better, same as for spending 30 minutes at a blacksmith shop when not necessary , much rather time is needed in the walk around of the town

The guide was fabulous. She had an excellent knowledge of everything we saw and was really helpful and friendly. The not so good - Fun and Tickets, the company that runs the tour, has a shambolic way of organising people. We stood on the footpath outside for 40 minutes while groups were sorted and then walked for 10 minutes to the coach. Not good enough.

All I want to say is that the trip was amazing for one special reason and that reason was our tour guide Arantxa. She is the kind of person that makes everybody so happy and feel so good, because she’s always smiling, talking in a nice voice, and making sure everyone feels super special on the tour.
Although we saw most of Toledo and we saw one church and one Synagogue I highly recommend the Sefardic museum. Both of the synagogues had a very powerful spiritual feeling. As far as the food were on the tour during my lunchtime, I went to the café of the nuns had a sandwich and a slice of cake. It was perfect. The vistas and Panoramas were excellent for taking photos. But it all was amazing because of the wonderful and amazing Arantxa. She made the time to answer everyone’s questions and to help everyone find exactly what they needed to on the trip. And she did it with the most loving and kind Attention to detail.

This is a very beautiful city with much history. All was explained by our wonderful guide. She gave us many interesting facts and was happy to explain any personal questions. My only objection was that the size of the group was very large, filling an entire bus. I think it would have been more enjoyable with a smaller group.
