Staff very knowledgeable and answered all the questions presented. Even by small children not on tour passing by
Wonderful historical tour about the queen mary. Our tour guide Cayden was great very knowledgable and love the ship should he was very enthusiastic about the tour. Lovely artwork. I wish the various museum had been open
90 percent of the tour was talking about the wood on the ship. We did not see any of the rooms and parking was 30 dollars for 3 hours.
Our guide was very informative. There was lots to see. Enjoyed hearing the history behind the Queen Mary.
Enjoyed it very much! Manny was knowledgeable and interesting. Liked that it was continuous wit only a 10 minute bathroom stop!
The Queen Mary is truly a National treasure. We did not allow enough time to fully explore the ship. We took the “Glory Days” tour which was amazing but didn’t allow enough time to search out all the free sights available. Paul and Roger were both so knowledgeable and kind. I will go again.
Great tour, but get there early because parking can take a bit. Our guide was Max and she was great!!
Lots of stairs involved. Arrive early or plan to stay after the tour in order to take in the whole experience.
You probably need about 3 to 4 hours to get the full experience and explore all the different parts well worth doing the guided tour that is extra
Informative, fun and interesting! We had attended the Royal Brunch for Mother’s Day and decided to book the tour then and there. We were so glad we did!
We had a fantastic time touring the Queen Mary. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and made the experience both engaging and informative, sharing fascinating details that really brought the ship’s history to life. It was a memorable and enjoyable tour from start to finish.
The tour guide was very knowledgeable of Queen Mary’s history! He was very patient with a couple of kids in the group that were becoming a problem. We also did a ghost tour with a gal that brought the dramatics to the ghost stories - was so much fun!!
The guide was wonderful...lots of interesting information. The ship was a disappointment. We were expecting a glorious, Titanic-like, vessel, but it wasn't. There was lots of beautiful wood, but no crystal chandeliers, etc.
Tanya was fun and informative. Great way to see the Queen Mary. I would highly recommend for all ages.
Our guide Max was very informative, spoke clearly and loudly enough that we could hear her, and had a great personality. You learn more and become more interested when the guide is as invested as she was.
Guide was beyond excellent. The price was cheaper than getting tickets at the ship. While in the ship we were able to add a second tour for $20. So worth it
Our tour was great, our guide was really knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions. The tour lasted about an hour but after that we were able to explore the interior and exterior of the Queen Mary. You really can spend an extended amount of time here!
Christina was an amazing tour guide. Her energy, knowledge of the ship and history, and personality were amazing. The tour was very interesting and was the perfect amount of time and information to learn more about the Queen Mary, still giving us as much free time afterwards to explore the entire ship on our own.
It is a fantastic experience to be on a ship like the Titanic!
Finn our guide gave us so many details about the Queen Mary.
Great value. Can spend the day exploring leisurely. One restaurant and cafe open during day ( off season). Cafe has limited snacks
The Queen Mary now offers increased accessibility and remains a valuable educational resource. Demolition thankfully is not part of the ship's immediate plans, and its inherent charm endures.
The ship is amazing. If you enjoy history this is a must here in Long Beach. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and answered all questions.
Tour on the Queen Mary was great - informative and led by a great guide. Buying via Viator allowed us to walk right up to the tour starting point which was convenient!
