There was no guide. It was very disorganized. The bus was old. Bus didnt have a place where you can charge your phone or any wifi.

It was a pretty good experience, Although some of the bus audio things don’t work, can’t turn volume up/down, and just played lots on music not much information was available or taught on the area around. Also got stopped for 30 mins since there was a protest blocking the London Bridge, not the
company’s fault, just stating that you may experience something similar. Only got through after police showed up 30 mins later.

We stood at the bus stops and watched 6 or more of the other company’s’ buses stop while waiting on the TOOTBUS. This happened at every stop. We waited at least 45 minutes only for the driver to almost pass us by. Their buses are older, the audio was garbled and more music than information. There’s non working marquee signs inside the buses that say nothing about what the next stop is. So much of our time was wasted waiting for Tootbus. Like I said before the other three bus companies had three times as many buses! Go with one of them!

The Toot bus was great. There was a designated stop just three blocks from our hotel so that was very convenient. It stopped in many interesting places which we enjoyed visiting. I highly recommend the Toot.

None we requested our money back they refused there was a demonstration in London on the 9 of December we only had that da6 in London so couldn't do 5he 10 of December ,. We waited 2hours ion the pouring rain down a bus from blue line to yellow line,meanwhile all the other hop on hop off busses came to this stopevery 10 to 15 minutes

Hello, I have to complain about our two bus experience yesterday December 9 we spent two hours waiting one time for our toothpaste. We talked to Sahil, which is one of your staff and he kept phoning to see when the bus was coming. We kept waiting. Also, when we first got on, we heard a bit of education on what we were seeing but after that it was just music. Finally, we got on a bus after two hours. Wait and we have people with a walker. Not good for seniors. The bus driver told us we should have, not got on that bus as he wasn’t going on that route. Because of the demonstrations for the Palestine. Sahil, your staff member, did not tell us we shouldn’t get on that bus. The driver did not take us anywhere that was shown on the map when we questioned the driver about the trip he was very rude . Hop on hop off buses other companies I’m talking about came by and the stop often. They did not seem to have issues with their roots. We only had one full day in London. We hardly saw London, because so much time was lost. Once we were on the bus, we were afraid to get off in case we had to wait two hours again. How disappointed we were. I would love to hear from you that maybe our group can have a total refund. Hope to hear from you.

Buses were on time and lots of seats. I had read lots of reviews that said it’s a waste of money but I thought it was well worth the money. If I am to write anything negative it will be the traffic was a bit busy at times.

Unfortunately there was the London half marathon taking place. All major roads were closed until after 3:00 pm. We were unable to use the hop on bus in the morning/early afternoon as planned for our time in London. We have requested a full refund.

This tour bus needs to be revamped
Headphones were comfortable in the ear Volume was horrendous or broken. There was more music than talking. Bus driver was not familiar with stops gave us a map. What a waste of money
Steps to the top were steep and narrow if your shoe is bigger than size ladies 6 and if you are more than size 12 OMG

There is too much I enjoyed the whole trip. I would like to do it again. Going to London the big speedboat that was an amazing ride. The whole sightseeing trip there in. London was fantastic and in Paris, the Effin Tower was amazing. It was just fantastic day or night which ever one you choose it was both awesome.

The system was very confusing at first. Once I figured out how to navigate around town, the buses were always 30+ minutes in between. It took all day to get through one f the color routes. Workers were ending shifts without notice and announced it was the end of the route and all had to exit.

We took the yellow line around the city and saw all the sites we had wanted to. However, we were disappointed that there was no driver interaction during the tour related to landmarks. Also, he didn't call out stops so we knew where we were exactly. Honestly, it felt like any bus ride.
My suggestion would be, that the drivers interact during the ride to make it unique and more fun.

Good way to get an overview of the city. Found narration trivial and minimally informative however and music in between irritating. Also audio equipment is less than ideal. If you have compatible connectivity bring your own. Drivers and sales staff are friendly and knowledgeable. And made the trip worthwhile.

We were told many different things by different drivers. We were told by one that we have to get on a different bus to get to Piccadilly so we went across Kensington gardens to catch the right bus. When we got on we were told the bus tour for the other route would continue their tours through 6:30 as long as we got on the bus before the last tour began. We made it to the stop that changed routes and the tour stopped 15 min later with that driver saying he was done for the day. Disappointing $147 for two 15 minute bus rides.

The route had diversions due to the Lord Mayor's Show, we were told by the on bus tour guide what stop we needed to find to get back on the bus. After doing a bit of sight seeing we walked to the stop and waited over an hour. The buses ran every 30 minutes but no sign of one. I tried to contact Tootbus but received no reply. We decided to walk to another stop about 10 minutes away and see if we could get one there. It was actually there and we ran to it, the driver told us the stop we were waiting at was not in use today and we had been misinformed by her colleague. Overall it wasted nearly 2 hours of our day. Tootbus offered 1 complimentary tour. There were 4 adults in our group! I asked for a partial refund which they won't provide. So I will have to. Take it further
