    This was a very stressful and disappointing experience because the operator didn’t show up for the tour. We only had a few days available and made plans to be at the appointment early and accomplish a special tour for my son, and needed up waiting for nobody to show up.

    Hi Sorry to hear of your bad experience however all guests were emailed and texted about the tour 3 days before hand. We then sent a follow up email to inform everyone the tour has been cancelled. A full refund was given free tickets for another time were issued. We also have an emergency phone number on the tickets for you to contact aswell.

    We had an absolutely wonderful time. Harry (year our actual guides name) showed us all the places and was super fun. The tour itinerary was perfect. My daughter is a huge Harry potter fan and she was over the moon. I highly recommend this tour for any potter fan!

    Best tour I did in London! The guide was so entertaining and I learnt loads of new stuff about Harry Potter.... I didn't even think this was possible as I'm a total Potter nerd! Competing for the house cup with Potter-Vision was a great touch. Would 100% recommend to any Potter fans visiting London!
