I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Besides being one of the most beautiful buildings I’ve ever seen, it’s filled with the most amazing history and stories. I’ve taken many tours during my travels and Peter was seriously one of the best tour guides I’ve ever had. He was both hilarious with that great British humor, but also really knew his stuff and educated us well. Absolutely would recommend this tour if you are looking to visit Westminster Abbey. It’s a great way to visit it and get the most out of it. Plus no waiting in lines to get in!

Extremely knowledgeable guide (his name was Zozo) who shared a wealth of knowledge about the history of Westminster abbey. Walked us through the space and explained as we walked through. He explained with passion for the subject and kept all our group members riveted!

Our tour guide, whose name I did not remember, presented the tour in a comfortable and easy presentation way. She connected the tour with all of the attendees and we felt she did an amazing job. Would highly recommended.

The tour was good but the stop at the cafe was unnecessary and I would have preferred a longer tour, especially as it was so crowded and took time moving from point to point.

Westminster Abbey itself was incredible. Frank our guide was also really good. Paying for the ‘Private’ Westminster Abbey access was not worth the extra money. We started with coffee and croissants at the Westminster Café, even though the description says that the tour was supposed to end with that. So we weren’t very hungry because we had just eaten breakfast. The tour is described as private access, but it was completely full of morning tourists when we were finally allowed into the Abbey. There was nothing private about it! I think people would be better off just buying a ticket for a regular tour and renting a headset and taking your time wondering around the Abbey

The tour doesn’t offer a lot of time at each spot the tour guide brings you. We did not get to see the tomb of unknown soldier as it was crowded and he needed to move to next exhibit. I feel like it would have been better to tour on my own with the headphones as I could pause and stay where I was as long as I wanted. Our guide those did have a lot of knowledge and clearly loved what he does. Very friendly and open to questions

Peter is a great historian about the Abby and get ready for some good humor. too. Very knowledgeable and filled us in with all the facts, made sure the group was together as there was a lot of area to cover.
The obvious such a national treasure and I enjoyed my excursion today.

The tour guide Anna Marie was very personable and quite knowledgeable about the Abbey. The tour started and ended on time after providing much interesting historical information. It is a beautiful building with much significant history that anyone would find of interest.

I gave a month in advance notice about having celiac disease and they were not able to accommodate my needs. Very poorly managed. Our tour guide Derek was great, but I am very outraged that they discriminated against my disease.

Our tour guide was very unprofessional relating personal experiences and comments while taking an extremely LONG time to give historic information that related to the Abbey. My family ended up leaving our guide due to our frustration and toured Westminster on our own. Due to the unprofessional guide, we were unable to glean the historical, in-depth experience we paid for. I would NOT recommend paying for the guided experience.
