This is the best museum in London, hands down. Beautiful restoration of WW2 bunker and tons of information. Get tickets ahead of time as this will sell out.

Loved it. So interesting. It’s a great exhibition. Makes you feel like you are really there. Very interesting insight into his life. The cafe soup in a tin cup is delicious.

This venue needs to be explored on multiple visits. So much to see about Churchill’s life and career. We reached overload about two hours in. Great if you want to just see the place itself and get an idea of what went on there during WWII.

This is an audio guided walking tour through the actual Churchill war rooms. If you are a fan of WW 2 history you will enjoy it. It was a little dry for my tastes but still very informative. They have a cool gift shop on the way out.

Wonderful museum, tells Churchill's story very well. You get the feel of what it was like during the second world war. The area where you walk through Churchill's life is very well presented. Great museum!

Viator, is very happy to sell you tours, but reluctant to fix their errors. They sold me a tour to Churchill War Room. The problem is that the attraction was closed on the day of my ticket. And, when I asked Viator to refund my ticket, they cited it was a "non-refundable ticket" and I would have to contact the tour operator to seek a refund. Save yourself money and hassle - book your tours direct, cut out Viator.

Skip the line tickets were a must!
The “museum” was well organized and incredibly informative. Both about the history leading up to the war and Churchill’s staff and the hardships of managing the war from underground.
Churchill’s life and history of military service and rise to prominent politician was fascinating and incredibly well presented.
The Audio guide was the finishing touch, giving extra interesting detail, but not too much.

I enjoyed this place. As a person really interested in World War II history, I think we spent 3 hours in here. The gift shop had a ton of interesting books, too! There were lots of people in the museum, but I didn't mind.

When we went we allowed 2 hours for our visit. We were there 3 hours and 45 minutes. It was so interesting and the war rooms were just as there were during the war. The cafe was also very very good.
My mother has a walker and they are handicapped accessible. It was October but it can get warm down there the guide told us so keep that in mind.

The audio tour was excellent. And the Churchill museum portion is a must see. Allow more time for it.

Again, we went right in but there wasn´t a long line. The War Rooms are amazing but lots of info to process! We were there for 3 hours and skipped parts of the museum. A little bit claustrophobic also, but overall, a pretty cool thing to see.
heather_C, Oct 2019
We arrived at 9:30 as the museum was opening..toured for 2 hours in ease. I would highly suggest getting there early for when we departed there was a considerable line to view. Very interesting history and brings to life what the people of London endured and the impact the leaders had in reassuring the country. Must see.

We had the skip the line tickets which afforded very quick entry to the museum. It is a wonderful exhibit-so real in so many ways. The audio guide was invaluable. Highly recommend this destination as a not to be missed stop on your sights in London.
DaveStLouis, Sep 2019
We very much enjoyed our time at the war rooms. The audio tour is very good. Most of the rooms were displayed as left after WWII. Well worth time and money.
Diana_W, Sep 2019
Thoroughly enjoyed this attraction. Displays were fantastic and very informative. Totally recommended for a Churchill enthusiast or just someone with a casual interest. It's that good.
Dorothy_B, Sep 2019
We arrived at ten, used the big bus to get there no line went on a Tuesday . Everyone in my family group of 6 (4 young adults) enjoyed the tour.
Sharon_S, Sep 2019
Very informative and well set out. We stayed for 2.5 hours, could have stayed longer but there were so many people it was hard to view all the exhibits so get there early. Would definately recommend.
darren_w, Sep 2019
At first was anxious as had not bought a "timed" ticket.
However, even on a very warm last Saturday of summer with london packed with tourists, it would not have been necessary. Very small queue.
Fascinating experience and well worth visiting.
Comprehensive and well laid out museum with helpful audio guide.
Truly superb.

Spectacular exhibits! Great detail and presentations. It brings history to life. The rooms and audio were clearly marked.

A fabulous museum taking you to Churchills actual bunker -its amazingly preserved and a must do while in London
Linda K, Aug 2019
It’s a must to get you ticket in advance online, as we had no queue. Long line for those needing to purchase their ticket. We were there around 11am on a Friday. Great information!
Barry_M, Aug 2019
This is our third time here. Great venue for adults and young adults. We pre purchased our tix from Viator and moved quickly to the entry.
KEVIN_S, Aug 2019
I’ve been to the War Rooms three times, and it’s always fascinating to come back. Always more to learn.
This time, however, was my first visit to the Churchhill Museum that is built towards the back of the war rooms. A lot of great information and wonderful displays. However there is no indication of the logical way to move through this portion of the attraction. It would help if there were some kind of guide to take you through. As it was, we walked walked directly from his early military career to a video of his funeral. It wasn’t clear how to move progressively and chronologically through his life.
Michael M, Aug 2019
The attraction itself was excellent, but the ticket needs to be emailed to the ticket office of the museum beforehand or else printed ahead of time. Held us up at the ticketing line for about fifteen minutes while they got that straightened out, but overall a great attraction
Ronni_R, Aug 2019
We were told to expect to spend 1-1/2 to 2 hours viewing the exhibits. My husband and I could have spent the entire day listening to the audio sessions in the museum and viewing all the war rooms to get a better understanding and appreciation as to the difficulties Churchill and his colleagues went through. We only left because we needed to catch a free walking tour that we had signed up to attend. Absolutely worth the time and money whether you are a history buff or not.
lorraine_c, Aug 2019
Interactive, informative and very interesting. Well laid out. Well organised. Great for Churchill buffs and everyone else!
Karen M, Aug 2019
We got our tickets to see the Churchill War Rooms before leaving the USA and had them printed out and in hand when we went to see the Rooms. There were no problems whatsoever and we enjoyed the War Rooms immensely!
Matan_D, Aug 2019
Well organized very interesting and nice to go around. Still gives space to each visitor to concentrate at its own pace and interest
John_P, Aug 2019
This is a great experience back into history. to see and feel what it was like to be in London during the war campaign
gcskoo, Aug 2019
As close as one could get to imagining Churchill giving instructions and making decisions in WW2. And that he did painting - quite good - was a nice surprise. The love letters between the couple were sweet.
