Tickets didn’t work and staff was unable to help correct the issue. I contacted Viator and was told they couldn’t get ahold of the end provider and I was forced to buy separate tickets

For the price vs experience, I do not feel as though it was worth it.
The shrek costume is very poorly made .
Unique experience if in the area, but wouldn’t make a trip to see it again.

Paid €70 for tickets and when I got to attraction I could not use them as they would not open in any app or email address used and Sherk Adventure couldn’t do anything with booking or confirmation number as they claim to not be apart of Viator so I had to pay another €70 euro for tickets as to not disappoint a child. Would not use again.

Not worth the money , very cheesy and poorly done , the only good thing was the pretend flying bus, not what we expected for the money , would of preferred to spend bit more money and seen a theatre show

The comical girl where the toilet noises came from. That was a funny part. The staff were funny with their sense of humor . The guy dressed as a woman towards the end of the show was not appropriate for children

The actors were great. However, it felt very rushed and we had to move on to the next thing quickly. Think Shreks adventures concentrate more on the ££ than the overall experience.
It also didn’t help that when we paid £25 for pictures we didn’t even get a bag.. They said to try the gift shop but they tried to charge £4 for one!

We had an enjoyable time at Shrek's Adventure. There is a theatrical performance that brings Shrek's story to life. It really surprised me how well this was put together and my kids, age 10 & 13, really enjoyed the show! It is a good option for kids that need a break from museums and maybe not old enough to the London Dungeon show.

My kids are big fans of Shrek and were among the older of kids there. The experience is interactive and engaging. They had some great laughs and got to see Shrek in the end - big bonus! Staff is very attentive and on point.

The bus experience at the beginning, but we love the whole tour. Impressive all the effects and we loved that was interactive by always giving the group a task to complete.

Id say this adventure is fabtastic for very young children. We went for Granddaughters 9th birthday and Id say its more for younger kids. She enjoyed it but wasnt over impressed or excited. For younger children its overpriced but well done. Beware there is a LOT of standing around involved.

We had such a great time at Shrek, we arrived a little late due to the traffic. This was not a problem at all, we went straight in. My daughters and granddaughter loved every minute and wanted to go back round again.
Also all the staff are so polite and helpful and really so play great roles on the tour.

Endless winding lineups, as everyone around tries to explain to their impatient children that Shrek will be right around the corner but it never comes! Once you finally go through all the waiting, photo taking in front of a green screen (for photos they try to charge you an arm and a leg for later - forget it), you're finally greeted by "Fiona" in her human form played by an actress who seemingly has never seen the movie? She's doing an American accent but without any attempt to impersonate the character...she's just a redhead with an accent. The 4D bus ride "with Donkey" actually just has a weird disembodied donkey head at the front and is CRAZY loud. They rushed us onto this bus (after 40 minutes of lining up for it) and I only realized once it was in motion that the 4D glasses they gave me were broken. Everything else is actors dressed as C list characters making jokes to awkward silence as the many foreign tourists try to understand the quick paced British humour. My 3 year old who loves Shrek kept waiting to see characters she recognized but they were few and far between. A genuinely disappointing experience.

Had no idea what went on with this attraction. Was expecting a walk through with wax works ! Huge huge credit must go to the actors and actresses for their enthusiasm and consistency . If only my retail shop had such professionalism !

D'après le site, 45 min d'attente maximum à notre arrivée. Sauf que nous sommes arrivés à 10h et on nous a dit de revenir à 14h car tout était complet! Nous avons poiroter et sommes revenus à 13h et là on nous dit de revenir à 16h!!! Après avoir ralé auprès d'un personnel pas aimable du tout j'ai réussi à obtenir des billets pour 14h30. Pourquoi on ne m'a pas donné de billets le matin ? Et tout ça pour un parcours d'une heure à peine pas terrible du tout. Une journée gâchée pour ça, et hors de prix au final par rapport à ce que ça vaut. Je suis très déçue.
