What a wonderful way to spend your day, the grounds are beautiful! The staff always had a smile. We really enjoyed the train ride, you got to see every site without walking. Afterwords we went and saw the places without being tired.

Good booking through viator because I used my reward points. Took my mum to kew for her birthday/mothers day, had a lovely time, early spring so saw daffodils and blossoms.

Kew Up

Joanie_M, Apr 2026
Beautiful day to walk in a garden and to see Henry’s castle. Wear your walking shoes because there is a lot of ground to cover and bring water! We decided that if we lived near this garden, we would buy a year round pass

Must do for families and gardeners

lynda_i, Apr 2026
Need to allow for a half day to see everything that Kew has to offer. Great places to eat and we visited late spring so the bulbs were amazing.

An experience worthy of a special occasion.

Nancy_R, Apr 2026
Just to make sure to dress appropriately. The weather can be inconsistent. If you desire to fully experience the gardens, wear comfortable shoes.

Walk Away

Karen_P, Apr 2026
Don’t book tickets with these people. They are useless and are only after your money. Go directly to Kew.

Lovely spring day out

Good booking through viator because I used my reward points. Took my mum to kew for her birthday/mothers day, had a lovely time, early spring so saw daffodils and blossoms.

Could not get into the park with legitimate tickets.

Patti, Dec 2025
While purchasing tickets online it was not clear that we were buying daylight only tickets. The eticket itself said 3-4 hrs. We were purposefully going to see the Christmas lights and got there at 15:15. The park was closed between entrance times and we were not allowed inside, although we had paid tickets for that day. We are here from another country and Ubered an hour to the gardens from central London - which costs over 71 pounds. So not only did we lose our money on the tickets but also 71 pounds in an uber. I would appreciate a refund for the tickets and hope in the future it is made clearer to the buyer what times are available. The gentleman at the gate said “For 3 wks now I have had to turn people away just like you for the same reason- tickets were not clear”. Thank you in advance for your help in this matter.

Beautiful!

Velvet_O, Sep 2025
Not only were the gardens beautiful (we even saw a red fox) but our future son in-law proposed to our daughter there. Very memorable place for us now!

A wonderful day at the Kew.

Lovely gardens!

Beth_R, Sep 2025
Kew Gardens was lovely. If there hadn't been a 3 hour transit debacle getting there with the Tube strike, we might have been able to stay longer and enjoy it more!

Absolutely fantastic day out

Susan_N, Sep 2025
The guide said to allow 3-4 hours, we roamed for nearly 5 hours and didnt get to see everything. The lift was out of service so we were unable to do the treetop walk but I plan to return to see everything we missed this time. I'd estimate we needed a good 7 hrs really. There were plenty of places to get a drink and the food all looked homemade. The gift shops were packed with gift ideas for all ages. The staff were present and helpful too. It was also good to see that none of their waste goes to landfill and all of their vehicles are electric. An all round excellent day.

Nice day out overall.

Katie_G, Sep 2025
We visited with family. Our impressions were the eateries are expensive but the staff very friendly. Mostly landscapes of greenery with the spectacular greenhouses as a must see. We were disappointed as we were expecting a lot of gardens and flowers which there were very little of. Japanese Garden is very basic. The treetop walkway was a nice feature but again mainly just walking amongst green grass and trees.

Great experience!

Sylwia_S, Aug 2025
Absolutely amaizing! Relaxing! Great walks between beautiful plants. My favourite water lily place and vegetable garden 😁

High points of London with minimal time.

Donna_M, Aug 2025
Covers many sites in 3 hrs. Must be able to walk at a moderate pace for 3 hrs with minimal stopping. Nicole was a knowledgeable and friendly guide and we enjoyed her explanations at each site. Definitely recommend this tour if your time in London is minimal.

Lots to see and do at...

Tanya_S, Aug 2025

Beautiful gardens

Sue_N, Jul 2025
So beautiful, immersive, educational & relaxing. I like to visit in every season. There is always something new to see & do. Very helpful & friendly staff too.

Chill out at a glorious place

steffan_k, Jul 2025
Good place to chill after running Days around in London. amazing houses and pretty flowers. All family satisfied

Kew experience

Dain_P, Jul 2025
Excellent map available which I found very helpful especially with the well signed paths. Chilled water freely available was also a bonus, also Rey good food at the outlet near the pagoda. Glass houses beautiful, pagoda not essential, lake and bridge well worth seeing.

Still have to wait in line

Stella_M, Jul 2025
You still have to wait in the regular line at Kew to show them your electronic ticket. Kew gardens are amazing. One day at the gardens was not enough for me. Highly recommend a visit if you like flowers, trees or feeling like you are traveling the world. Don't miss Marianne North gallery. You won't regret that I told you that.

A great place to spend a day

HILARY_B, Jun 2025
Lovely place with a host of interesting views and activities. Loved the High Walkway. Only problem was getting any sense out of the Ferry Lane parking ticket meters. Luckily can buy ticket from attendant on the gate.

Beautiful gardens

Susan_C, Jun 2025
Beautiful place to visit. Take advantage of the hop on hop off train. Very interesting history to hear about.

I was disappointed with...

Ann_F, Jun 2025
I was disappointed with the herbaceous border. There were a lot of school parties, and as it was raining everyone was crowded into the Palm House and we were unable to get in. The small trains were running, although there was quite a long wait between them starting and so we decided to leave and go to Ham House. I have been in the nursery industry for over 40 years, so I suppose It was rather 'coals to Newcastle',

To see them nye eyes!!!

Minoruko_S, Dec 2024
Fantastic Experiences!!! Seanology and lights technics were good to lean for both Young and old peoples. Pedestranses were wilder and good for peoples easy to passing by and takand taking pictures.VERY GOOD!!!

What a beautiful garden, the glasshouses were fabulous, the waterlily house our favourite. The treetop walk was amazing. so much too see and do, could easily spend a full day here.

Pristine and beautiful

Perfect system

Peter_L, Aug 2024
Quick and efficient. Very informative lady at gate helped us organise our visit payment system was easy to navigate

Expensive

Ken_M, Aug 2024
Expensive to see a botanical garden Was not as expansive as illustrated. In general was ok but a little disappointed with its general layout

Great gardens

Carmen_R, Aug 2024
Great staff. Very beautiful to visit. Will come again in June when there’s less people and more roses.
