Awful! I couldn’t get access to my tickets and had to pay some again once arrived at the museum. It is not the first time, I’ve heard some bad reviews before to which I should’ve listen to.

This is a home run way to spend time in a great location (Covent Garden) for families. From parents to kids, the museum has something for everyone to understand the history of London's public transportation, but with fun interactive games as well. We spent a very enjoyable afternoon here, and you'll come away knowing that much more about London's underground, double-deckers and black cabs.
