We selected the Harry Potter walking tour, hop-on, hop-off bus tour, and river Thames cruise. I would say the walking tour is very informative and the guide was great. The bus tour I might recommend something a. but more guided, and the cruise was nice. I would recommend over all.

One must understand that the tour takes you by just a handful of locations used to shoot Harry Potter. My understanding is that the true "location" of the film is quite a distance from London. So, with that in mind, our guide gave us some valuable tips about other things (restaurants, money exchange, etc.) and the Hop On-Hop Off was a great way to get the lay of the land.

Excellent guide. Enjoyed the Harry Potter details and the sites of England were great to see.
Getting the bus and river cruise tickets were a bit off a chore as we didn’t more exactly which bus to get on and had to ask around for more detailed information. But once we had them, the bus and river rides were great.

The walking tour was decent enough. Guide was good and nice. Group was too big to hear much. Neither the bus or boat tickets worked. I showed them receipts but the link didn't show "their" qr code, and we weren't the only ones. Other people from our walking tour were also told no. Turned into quite a frustrating day with family mad that I had booked that for our only day in London. We were all quite sad.

Lew was wonderful! Knowledgeable and fun to be with. Showed us landmarks and hidden lessor known landmarks. Great introduction to London. I highly recommend.

Toller Rundgang durch einen Teil Londons, den man ansonsten weniger entdeckt. Ein super Tourguide (Jess) mit unglaublichem Wissen! Harry Potter-Bezüge für uns ausreichend.
Hop-on-hop-off-Bus hat gut funktioniert und es ist eine schöne und abwechslungreiche Tour.
Die Bootsfahrt passte bei uns leider nicht in unseren Zeitplan, aber ist normalerweise gut schaffbar.

Package parfait pour une première visite de Londres en famille ! Nous avons manqué le guide pour la visite à pieds mais le service client a été parfait, à l’écoute et arrangeant pour nous programmer une visite le lendemain. Jess le guide a été lui aussi parfait le jour J ; souriant, accueillant et sympathique. La formule bus 24h n’est pas très claire et l’accès à la croisière ne l’est pas non plus mais on retombe vite sur ses pieds. Bref, l’expérience est positive !
